One arrested for disobeying orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh

A case FIR No. 141, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-IT Park, Chandigarh against Karam Chand R/o # 2238, NIC, Mani Majra, Chandigarh who was arrested while roaming without wearing mask and disobeying the lockdown orders issued by district magistrate near School, NIC, Manimajra, Chandigarh on 10.06.2020. Later he was released on bail. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Shiva R/o # 484, Village Kajehri, Chandigarh reported that unknown person who stole away complainant’s motorcycle No.CH01AX-7648 from infront of his residence. A case FIR No. 122, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Manitosh Insan resident of Distt. Sangrur, PB, reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s M/Cycle No. PB11CC-9284 from infront of H. No. 183, Sector-38 A, Chandigarh on 08.06.2020. A case FIR No. 194, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
