Assault

Vijay Kumar R/O # 5672, Sec-56, Chandigarh alleged that Ramakant, Jai Parkash, Shri Parkash and 4/5 others, who run away after beaten complainant and his family member near # 5670, Sector-56, Chandigarh on 15.05.2020. They were got injured and admitted in GMSH-16, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 169, U/S 147, 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Later on, accused Jai Parkash, Shri Parkash, Chandan, Prince and Naresh all resident of Sector-56, Chandigarh arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Shiv Thakur R/o # 714/15, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh reported that Ravi and Manoj both r/o # 717/30, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh who quarreled with complainant and his brother namely Ranjit near his residence on 15.05.2020 and they also disobeyed lockdown order. A case FIR No. 101, U/S 188, 269, 270, 323, 325 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Ajay Kumar R/o # 41/C, Village-Raipur Khurd, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s M/Cycle No. PB65R-5978 parked near his residence. A case FIR No. 109, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
