MV Theft

Aditya Sharma R/o # 1111, Sector-15/B, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Alto car No. CH-01BT-3077 parked near his residence on night intervening 14/15.03.2020. A case FIR No. 50, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Pankaj R/o # 344/C, top floor, Village Raipur Khurd, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away mobile phone and cash Rs. 1500/- from his residence on intervening night 21/22-03-2020. A case FIR No. 41, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Robbery

Shiv Kumar R/o # 171, Village Badheri, Chandigarh reported that three unknown persons robbed away mobile phone and purse containing cash Rs. 5000/-, documents from complainant near Badheri Chowk Sector-40/41 , Chandigarh on 21.03.2020.  A case FIR No. 99, U/S 392, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 59, U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the statement of Maninder Singh R/o # 3108/3, Sector-44, Chandigarh who alleged that Karan Singh R/o # 1046, Sector-49, Chandigarh driver of  Fortuner car no. CH-01BZ-9586 was driving rashly and negligently which struck with a tree at Sector-43/44, dividing road, Chandigarh on 21.03.2020. Driver and other co-passengers of said car namely Neeraj Chandan (age-31 years) R/o # 2306, Sec-49, Chandigarh and Balwinder Singh and one girl age about 26/27 years all got injured. The injured girl was admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh, whereas Neeraj and Balwinder were admitted to PGI, Chandigarh. Neeraj Chandan was declared brought dead at PGI, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
