Anil Kumar R/o # 38, Sector-43/A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s M/Cycle No. CH-01BM-4757 parked near Mandi Ground, Sec-43/A, Chandigarh on 07.03.2020. A case FIR No. 39, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Rajinder Singh Sohal R/o # 2096, Sector-15, Panchkula (HR) who alleged that driver of car No. CH01-AL-5529 was sped away after hitting to complainant’s Activa Scooter No. HR03-V-8941 near # 1109, Sector-33, Chandigarh on 12.03.2020.
