“Lawrence Bisnoi and Raju Basoida Gang” busted

            “Lawrence Bisnoi and Raju Basoida Gang” has been busted by the Crime Branch, Chandigarh. On 19.12.2019, the brutal murder of two deceased namely Vineet Kumar and Ajay @ Ajju was occurred in H.No.3556, Sector-15, Chandigarh by four unknown assailants. In the matter, case FIR No. 246 dated 19.12.2019 u/s 302, 34 IPC & 25-27-54-59 Arms Act was registered in Police Station, Sector-11, Chandigarh.

            The teams of Crime Branch of Chandigarh Police led by SI Ashok Kumar and SI Satvinder Singh under the supervision of Inspector Ranjit Singh, I/C Crime Branch and close guidance of Sh. Rajeev Kumar Ambasta, DANIPS, DSP Crime got a major success in  brutal murder case of Police Station, Sector-11, Chandigarh in which two young boys namely Vineet Kumar and Ajay @ Ajju were killed by gangsters of Lawrance Bisnoi & Raju Basodia Gang in H.No. 3556, Sector-15, Chandigarh, due to old enmity. The team succeeded in arresting three accused persons with main gangster Ankit Narwal in this case. The detail of same are as:-

2.         Sunil @ Sillu Nandal

3.         Vicky @ Kalia  

Brief fact of the case are as under:-

                        This case has been registered on the complaint of Mohit s/o Sh. Rajesh r/o Village-Gianpura, Teshil Barwala, District Hisar, Haryana and presently residing in H.No. 3556, Sector-15/D, Chandigarh as tenant alongwith his friends and intended to re-appear his exam of B.Sc. In the evening of 18.12.2019, when, he was present alongwith his friends namely Ajay Sharma s/o Sh. Suraj Mal r/o Brah Kalan, Kharak Ramji, Jind, Haryana, age about 21 years (final year Student of SD College, Sector-32, Chandigarh and Vinit Kumar s/o Sh. Jasbir Singh r/o H.No. 43123, Defense Colony, Jind, HR, age-20 years (B.Sc Final year student of PG College, Sector-11, Chandigarh) in their room, in the meantime, 3-4 persons with weapon came inside the room and enquired about Ashu Nain. On this, he informed that he don’t have knowledge about Ashu Nain. Following which, they opened fire on his roommates Ajay and Vineet and fled away from the spot. Due to this, both his roommates sustained bullet injuries and rushed to PGI, Chandigarh, where, they died during treatment. In the matter case FIR No. 246 dated 19.1.2019 u/s 302, 34 IPC & 25-27-54-59 Arms Act, PS-11, Chandigarh.

Apprehension of accused:-

                        In this matter, two teams have been constituted by DSP Rajiv Kumar Ambata, DSP Crime comprising of SI Ashok Kumar and SI Satvinder Singh under the supervision of Inspector Ranjit Singh for cracking the case and arresting the fled gangsters as soon as possible. Insp. Ranjit Singh, SI Ashok Kumar and SI Satvinder Singh have carried out multiple raids in Haryana, Rajasthan, UP, Gurjat, Maharastha and Delhi. Some vital information about movement of accused persons were generated through these raids and it came to the notice through secret informer of the Crime Branch team that  Ankit Narwal is roaming with his accomplices Sunil @ Sillu and Vicky @ Kalia in Panchkula area by using Polo Vehicle having registration No. HR 70B 8075, in which, they fled away after committed the murder of deceased Vineet Kumar and Ajay @ Ajju. According to informer, they shall come in Chandigarh via Dolphin Chowk to commit another murder of Ashu Nain who was luckily missed at that time from the target. On 30.12.2019, on this secret information, a trap was laid by Crime Branch alongwith his teams’ officials at the entering point DT Mall near Light Point, and as the vehicle Polo who was coming from Dolphin Chowk side entered in the jurisdiction of Chandigarh, the already deployed team officials were tried to stop the said vehicle but the vehicle driver namely Sillu Nandal speeded up the vehicle and fled away towards Kishangarh Chowk. The team officials started chasing that vehicle and nabbed them near Kishangarh Chowk, Chandigarh. After the through checking of the said vehicle two country made weapons along with 04 live cartridges have been recovered from the Dashboard of the car. After asking from them about the illegal weapons, they disclosed that they are coming Chandigarh to murder their next target Ashu Nain and further they revealed that they have committed the murder of Vineet Kumar and Ajay @ Ajju on 19.12.2019 in Sector-15, Chandigarh with the help of Deepak and Amit. The passport of Ankit Narwal and Vicky @ Kalia also recovered from their possession. It came to light that after commit the offence; they shall fly away in abroad. In the matter, their arrest was made in case FIR No.246 dated 19.12.2019 u/s 302, 34 IPC & 25-27-54-59 Arms Act, PS-11, Chandigarh.

            Accused stands Proclaimed Offender (PO) in case registered in Panipat City Police Station in Arms Act. He has also been arrested in Arms Act case stands registered in Karnal, Haryana.

Reason of enmity:

                        Complainant party as well as accused party both are involved in student politics and involved in verbal spat many times, which dragged them at the stage of killing each other. In the month of November, 2019, a quarrel was occurred between Ashu Nain and his accomplices Vineet Kumar and Ajay @ Ajju with Ankit Narwal and in this quarrel Ankit Narwal and Vicky Kalia got injuries while Ashu Nain attacked with bottle at their head and stomach. Since then, Ankit Narwal wants to revenge from Ashu Nain and his accomplices.   

                     The accused shall be produced in the court tomorrow. The investigation of this case is being carried out. Efforts are being made to arrest remaining accused in this case.
