Action against Gambling

Chandigarh Police arrested Mohd Fiaz R/o # 290 Colony No. 4 Maloya, Rajender Kumar R/o # 185 Vill-Dhanas, Chandigarh and Jagar Ram R/o # 2928 DMC, Chandigarh while they were gambling near Stadium DMC,  Chandigarh on 24-12-2019. Total cash Rs. 4250/- was recovered from their possession. In this regard, a case FIR No. 214, U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Dowry

A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that her husband resident of Telangana, harassed complainant to bring dowry. A case FIR No. 178, U/S 406, 498-A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

MV Theft

Suleman R/o # 1119/25 Govind Pura, MM, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away his Mahindra Pick up No. CH01 TB 6223 from Govind Pura Parking MM, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 219, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

Sahil Dawar R/o # 1263, Sector-34C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away his Honda city car No. HR70 A 0333 from in front of his residence. A case FIR No. 315, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress

Theft

Ashish Mishra R/o # 1010/2 Sec-40B, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away Tyres and Alloys of his car No. CH01 BQ 8469, parked infront of his house. A case FIR No. 464, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

 Sahil Verma R/o # vill- Ispur Distt. Una reported that Unknown Person withdrawn cash Rs 12500/ from his account at SBI ATM at Maloya. A case FIR No. 211, U/S 420, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.
