Quarrel/Assault

A case FIR No. 272, U/S 323, 341, 506 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Ms. Sunita W/o Mohinder R/o # 196, Vill Burail, Chandigarh against Jassi, etc. who beaten/threatened to complainant’s near her residence on 06.11.2019. Complainant’s got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

Cheating

A case FIR No. 228, U/S 420, 463, 465, 467, 471 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh against Naveen Gupta & Sandeep Gupta both resident of Distt. Jalandhar, (PB). The alleged represented themselves as partner of M/S Shanti Industries who has purchased material from the complainant company and alleged company  issued cheque of Rs. 2, 50,000/- to Bhushan Power and Steel Ltd., Ind. Area, Chandigarh for the payment of their order got dishonored . Investigation of case is in progress.

Theft

A case FIR No. 402, U/S 380, 454 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh on the complaint of Amit Verma ( worked as Accounts officer in Paras Group, Sector-35 ) R/o # 3552, Sector -38-D, Chandigarh against unknown person, who stole away 2 gold rings  from his residence on 06.11.2019 by breaking the window pane of said house. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Rahul Tondon r/o # K-65/2, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi reported that  unknown person stole away his bullet motorcycle No. DL85BP-9689 from near # 2743, Sector 38C, Chandigarh on 04.11.2019. A case FIR No. 401, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cycle Theft

Chetan Sharma r/o # 1304, Adarsh Nagar, Naya Gaon, Mohali reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s black color bicycle from near DAV School, Sector-8, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 281, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh.Investigation of the case is in progress.
