One arrested under NDPS Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Shah Nawaj R/o Ali Ki Chungi, Sawarika Ka Bagh, PS- Mandi, Distt. Saharanpur (UP) near Slip Road, Poultry Farm Chowk, Chandigarh on 15.09.2019 and recovered total 2200 capsules of Tramadol Hydrochloride drugs from his possession. A case FIR No. 246, U/S 22 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Dowry

A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that her husband and others resident of Naya Gaon, Mohali, (PB) harassed complainant to bring more dowry. A case FIR No. 116, U/S 323, 406, 498-A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

MV Theft

 Rajinder Singh R/o # 855, Housing Board Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away Complainant’s Activa Scooter No. CH-01Z-4110 parked near his house on the night intervening 07/08-09-2019. A case FIR No. 130, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Deepak R/o # 3099, Sector 45-D, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen complainant’s motorcycle No.CH03R-4813 near H.No. 2549, Sector-38-C, Chandigarh on 14.09.2019. A case FIR No. 309, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Quarrel/Assault

Jeevan R/o # 2046, DMC, Chandigarh alleged that Babrik R/o # 1260 DMC, Chandigarh and Shyam R/o DMC, Chandigarh attacked on complainant with sharp weapon near Govt. School, DMC, Chandigarh on 15-09-2019. Complainant got injured and admitted in GMSH-16, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 150, U/S 324, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Babrik R/o # 1260, DMC, Chandigarh alleged that Jeevan R/o # 2046, DMC, Chandigarh, Gogu and Denny R/o DMC, Chandigarh attacked on complainant with brick near Govt. School, DMC, Chandigarh on 15-09-2019. Complainant got injured and admitted in GMSH-16, Chandigarh.A case FIR No. 151, U/S 324, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Missing/Abduction

A lady resident of Chandigarh reported that his daughter age about 17 years has been missing near H.No. 1002, Sector-37-B, Chandigarh since 14-09-2019. A case FIR No. 308, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
