Police arrested 2 for vehicle theft and got remand for 2 days

A case FIR No. 210 dated 3.9.19 U/s 379 IPC PS-26 was registered on the complaint of Mr. Arun Kumar S/o Sh Ravinder Kumar R/o # 130 J-Block Colony No. 4 Inds Area PH-1 Chandigarh, in which he reported that he parked his vehicle no. CH-01-TA-0526 make Bolero in front TCI Express of Plot No. 21 transport area Sector-26. When he checked at about 8.45 AM his vehicle was not found there.

          During the course of investigation a secret information received accordingly a team comprising SI Parvinder Singh I/C PP BDC & others under the supervision of SHO-26, Chandigarh was constituted.  The team has arrested the accused from Village- Sadora Distt- Yamuna Nagar Haryana and recovered stolen vehicle from his possession.  The detail of accused is as under:-

1. Makbul S/o Mahboob R/o # Village- Rajeshpur PS- Mirzapur Distt- Saharanpur UP Nanak Singh S/o Tika Ram R/o # 167 PH-3 BDC Sec-26 Chandigarh,

            The accused is in Police custody and today he produced in the court and obtained two days police remand for further investigation.
