Student’s Election Schedule Announced
Korel,Chandigarh August 27, 2019
Dr. Jagat Bhushan, Dean Student Welfare, Panjab University, Chandigarh announced the schedule for the forthcoming Student Council Elections of PU campus as well as Affiliated Colleges of PU on 6th September 2019 for the Academic Session 2019-20. DSW informed that the Lyngdoh Commission Guidelines will be applicable from today onwards.
The detailed schedule is as under:

| 30.8.2019 | 10.35 a.m. | Scrutiny |
| 30.8.2019 | 12.00 Noon | Display of list of candidates on Notice Board of the concerned Department |
| 30.8.2019 | 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m. | Filing of objections |
| 30.8.2019 | Latest by 2.30 p.m. | Sending provisional list of candidates and objections, if any to the DSW Office |
| 31.8.2019 | 10.00 a.m. | Display of the list of approved candidates |
| 31.8.2019 | 10.30 a.m. to 12.00 Noon | Withdrawals |
| 31.8.2019 | 12.30 p.m. | Sending final list to DSW Office |
| 31.8.2019 | 2.30 p.m. | Display of the final list of candidates |
| 6.9.2019 | 9.30 a.m. onwards | ELECTIONS |
