Youth arrested for stealing auto batteries and a scooty

On 1.8.19 accused Adil s/o Mohd. Hanif R/o # 258 Ph-1, BDC Chandigarh has been arrested in below mentioned case.

Brief Fact:- It is submitted that above noted case has been registered on the complaint of Bansi lal s/o Ram Lal R/o  # 25 old Indira colony, mm, chd, regarding the theft of 3 e-rickshaw batteries from Indira colony, MM,Chd. During the course of investigation accused Adil S/o Hanif has been arrested in present case as accused produced in hon’ble court on production warrant and stolen case property has been recovered as per his disclosure.

It is submitted that above said case has been registered on the complaint of Sandeep Singh s/o Suryaman Singh R/o # 472 Block-7,Vill-Nada District Mohali regarding the theft of Activa No CH 01BF 5173 from fish market Shashtri Nagar- MM. During the course of investigation accused Vinod Kumar s/o Vijay Kumar has been arrested on secret information and stolen Activa No CH01BF 5173 has been recovered from his possession.
