            Ten (10) students namely Neha Garg, Prabhjot Kaur, Charan Salwan, Anshul Singhal, Devanshi Janmeja, Shil Khurmi, Dhruv Saini, Komal Garg, Aditi Rao and Sonika cleared the Delhi Judicial Services Examination of 2019.

            Today they visited the Institute and share their experiences with the students and faculty members. While interaction with the students, they  proposed some workshops for the purpose of preparation of competitive examinations. They also motivated the students for their active role in Social Action Litigations and Redressal of disputes by adopting  middle man approach.

            All the students were very enlightened and happy to visit the institute after becoming Metropolitic Magistrates.

            Prof. Rattan Singh, Director, University Institute of Legal Studies (UILS), Panjab University, Chandigarh congratulated all the students on their achievement and wished them all success in their future pursuits.

B.A B.Ed aptitude test conducted at PU

            B.A  B.Ed aptitude test was conducted  successfully for the admission of first year of B.A. B.Ed. course here today at two centres ; Institute of Educational Technology & Vocational Education and Examination Hall, Panjab University. For the 50 seats of the course, 418 candidates appeared in the exam out of total 860 candidates who applied for it. No untoward incident was reported. Faculty members, non-teaching staff and helping staff were dedicatedly involved in the smooth conduct of the examination. Thirty senior students of B.A. B.Ed. course have performed their duties as volunteers at both the centers and at three main gates of University to help the applicants and their parents.

            All those candidates, who have applied for admission to MA (Punjabi) 1st Semester, session 2019-2020, are hereby informed that the date of counseling for the admission to M.A. (Punjabi) will be held on 23.7.2019 at 10.00 a.m. in the office of Chairperson.

            Eligibility for M.A Punjabi 50% in Graduate course with compulsory Punjabi and 45% for SC/ST candidates. Admission will be on merit basis for 68 seats. The 15% weightage will be given to the student those who studied Punjabi as a elective subject at graduate level. The student who studied Hons. Punjabi in graduation also given 15% weightage but those who have elective Punjabi and Hons. (both) will be given 20% weightage. The other weightage will be such as NSS, NCC and any other curricular activities will be given as per grading their certificate maximum upto 5%.

नदियों नालों के आस पास धारा 144 लागू

पंचकूला 12 जुलाई। पुलिस उपायुक्त कमलदीप गोयल ने आदेश जारी भारतीय अपराधिक अधिनियम 1973 की धारा 144 केे तहत बरसात के मौसम में पंचकूला की सभी नदियों एवं नालों के किनारों पर जाने एवं उनके नजदीक किसी भी प्रकार के सामाजिक, राजनैतिक एवं धार्मिक अनुष्ठान एवं कार्यक्रम करने पर तुरन्त प्रभाव से पाबंदी लगा दी है। ये आदेश तुरन्त प्रभाव से लागू हो गए हैं ओर आगामी 10 अक्तूबर 2019 तक प्रभावी रहेंगे। 
पुलिस उपायुक्त कमलदीप कुमार गोयल द्वारा जारी आदेशानुसार घग्गर, कौशल्या, सिरसा, झाज्जरा, टांगरी नदी एवं सहायक नदियों में किसी बच्चे एवं व्यस्क के नहाने एवं उनके किनारे के नजदीक भी जाने पर प्रतिबंद लगाया गया है। पुलिस उपायुक्त के संज्ञान में आया है कि कई व्यस्क एवं बच्चे एकत्र होकर या व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर इन नदियों में नहाने का प्रयास करते हैं जो खतरनाक साबित हो सकता है। अचानक आई बरसात से घग्गर एवं इसकी सहायक नदियों का जलस्तर बढ जाता है तथा बाढ जैसी स्थिति भी बन जाती है। जिसके कारण जान व माल का भारी नुकसान हो सकता है। इसलिए पंचकूला जिला में स्थित इन नदियों एवं सहायक नदियों के किनारेे पर किसी भी प्रकार के धार्मिक, सामाजिक एवं राजनैतिक कार्यक्रम एवं अनुष्ठान करने के साथ साथ उनके नहाने एवं नहरों के किनारें जाने की भी मनाही की गई है। इसके अलावा मानसून सीजन के दौरान नदियों के बांध एवं जहां पर एकत्रित पानी का बहाव तेज हो ऐसे स्थानों पर भी प्रतिंबध रहेगा।  
पुलिस उपायुक्त के आदेशानुसार विशेषकर बाढ प्र्रवृत क्षेत्र घग्गर नदी के पुल नजदीक सैक्टर 21, पुल के दोनों साईड माजरी चैक, घग्गर पुल नजदीक बूर्ज कोटिया, दीवानवाला, चांदी, थापली, बलु थापली, चामला, टांगरी नदी नजदीक बरवाला पुल, खेतपराली, रायपुररानी एट टी प्वंाईट मोरनी, कौशल्या नदी नजदीक मल्लाह पुल के दोनों साईड स्थानों पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा। उन्होंने किसी प्रकार की जान, माल व सम्पति की सुरक्षा के लिए जिला प्रशासन द्वारा चिहिन्त किए गए इन स्थानों से नागरिकों को दूर रहने के भी निर्देश दिए है।    
ये आदेश जिला प्रशासन की बाढ राहत कार्य करने वाले अधिकारियों की टीम एवं नियुक्त की गई बाढ बचाव एजेंसी पर प्रभावी नहीं होंगे। 
इन आदेशों की अनुपालना के लिए जिम्मेवारी एसीपी पंचकूला व संबधित एसएचओ को सोंपी गई है। इन आदेशों की उल्लंघना एवं दोषी पाए जाने वालों के खिलाफ भारतीय  अपराधिक अधिनियम की धारा 188 के तहत सख्त कार्यवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी। ये आदेश सभी खण्ड विकास एंव पंचायत अधिकारियों, ग्राम पंचायतों, बस स्टैण्ड, तहसील, नगर निगम पचंकूला के नोटिस बोर्ड पर भी चस्पा किए गए है।       

जिला नगर योजनाकार द्वारा अवैध निर्माणों को गिराने की कार्यवाही

पंचकूला 11 जुलाई:

जिला नगर योजनाकार (ई0), पंचकूला द्वारा अर्बन एरिया पिंजोर-कालका के गाँव माजरा महताब में 1/2 एकड़ में पनप रही लगभग 10 अवैध डीपीसी को गिराया गया।
उपायुक्त, मुकेश कुमार आहुजा के निर्देशानुसार टीम ने गाँव भोगपुर तहसील कालका में 1/2 एकड़ में पनप रही लगभग 7 डीपीसी तोड़ कर पनप रही अवैध कालोनी को गिराया गया। इस तोड़-फोड़ की कार्यावाही में जिला नगर योजनाकार (ई0) श्रीमती लता हुडडा के साथ तहसीलदार कालका राजेश पुनिया बतौर डयूटी मजिस्ट्रेट मौजूद रहे। इसके अतिरक्ति जिला नगर योजनाकार कार्यालय का फील्ड स्टाफ भी तोड़ फोड़ दस्ते के साथ मौजूद था। तोड़फोड़ के समय किसी भी अप्रिय घटना से निपटने के लिए पुलिस बल भी तैनात रहा।  
उपायुक्त ने जनता से अनुरोध किया है कि वे अवैध कालौनियों में कोई भी निर्माण न करें अन्यथा उनके खिलाफ अर्बन एरिया एक्ट 1975 के तहत सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। आम नागरिक भी नियंत्रित क्षेत्र/अर्बन एरिया में कोई भी निर्माण कार्य ना करें, अन्यथा उनके  खिलाफ भी नियंत्रित क्षेत्र/अर्बन एरिया एक्ट के तहत कार्यवाही की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि अवैध कालौनियों में किसी भी तरह की खरीद फरोख्त करने से पहले विभाग से अनुमति लेना अनिवार्य है तथा संबधित भूमि की जांच पड़ताल भी अवश्य करनी चाहिए ताकि जनता की कड़ी मेहनत का पैसा बर्बाद न हो। इसके अलावा अनाधिकृत एवं अवैध निर्माण तथा अवैध कालौनियों को पनपने पर भी रोक लगई जा सके।

14 किलो 600 ग्राम चरस के साथ एक काबू

पुलिस महानिदेशक हरियाणा द्वारा सभी पुलिस अधिक्षकों को नशा तस्करो को पकडने के दिये हुए निर्देशो के तहत कमलदीप गोयल, ह॰पु॰से॰, उपायुक्त पुलिस पंचकुला के दिशा निर्देशानुसार नशा तस्करों की धरपकड़ जारी रखते हुए पंचकुला पुलिस की अपराध शाखा सैक्टर-26 की टीम द्वारा निरीक्षक अमन कुमार के नेतृत्व मे बडी कामयाबी हासिल करते हुए 14 किलो 600 ग्राम गांजा के साथ दो आरोपीयो को काबू किया गया है ।

                   पुलिस प्रवक्ता ने जानकारी देते हुए बतलाया कि अपराध शाखा सैक्टर-26, पंचकुला की टीम को गुप्त सूचना मिली थी कि दो आरोपी गांजा बेचने का कार्य करते है तथा भारी मात्रा मे गांजा लेकर बेचने जा रहे है । अपराध शाखा सैक्टर-26 ने सूचना मिलते ही तुरन्त व सूझबूझ से कार्यवाही करते हुए गांव टीपरा के पास कालका को जाने वाली सड़क पर नाकाबंदी की । इसी दौरान एक मोटर-साईकिल पर दो लोग बीच मे एक प्लास्टिक कट्टा रख के आते हुए दिखाई दिये । सामने खडी पुलिस टीम को देखकर दोनो व्यक्ति पीछे मुड़कर भागने की कोशिश करने लगे । जो पुलिस टीम ने तुरन्त कार्यवाही करते हुए दोनो व्यक्तियो को प्लास्टिक कट्टा सहित काबू कर लिया । जब उस प्लास्टिक कट्टा को खुलवाकर देखा गया तो उसमे से उपरोक्त गांजा बरामद किया गया है ।

                  दोनो आरोपियों की पहचान अशीम विश्वास उर्फ सोनू पुत्र परिमल विश्वास वासी गांव लाल कुँआ, नगिना कॉलोनी, जिला नैनीताल, उतराखण्ड हाल खेत पण्डित, गांव संगोता थाना लालडू, जिला मोहाली, पंजाब व सियाराम पुत्र गोपी राम वासी गांव गुमथल थाना चंदौसी, जिला मुरादाबाद, उ॰प्र॰ हाल किरायेदार गांव भगवानपुर, थाना पिन्जौर, जिला पंचकुला के रूप मे हुई है । दोनो आरोपियों के खिलाफ थाना कालका मे 20-61-85 एन॰डी॰पी॰एस एक्ट के तहत कानूनी कार्यवाही अमल मे लाई गई है ।आरोपियो को पेश माननीय न्यायालय करके एक दिन का रिमाण्ड प्राप्त किया गया ।

अभियान में तेज़ी लाने को की मोर्चों के साथ बैठके

भारतीय जनता पार्टी जिला पंचकूला के अध्यक्ष दीपक शर्मा ने आज सदस्यता अभियान में तेजी लाने के लिए और जिला को अभियान में नंबर वन बनाने के लिए सिलसिलेवार ताबड़तोड़ कई बैठकें की। आज भाजपा कार्यालय पंचकूला में सुबह से शाम तक जिलाध्यक्ष द्वारा मिर्चों के साथ कई बैठकें की गई। जिसमें महिला मोर्चा , युवा मोर्चा, ओबीसी मोर्चा ,अल्पसंख्यक मोर्चा एवं किसान मोर्चा शामिल रहे। बैठक के पश्चात जिला अध्यक्ष दीपक शर्मा ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि संगठन के द्वारा जो भी योजनाएं एवं कार्यक्रम हमें दिए जाते हैं उसे हम कुशलता पूर्वक पूर्ण करते हैं। आज हमने सदस्य के महत्व पर चर्चा करते हुए हर बूथ पर ज्यादा से ज्यादा सदस्य बनाने पर जोर दिया। आज हम विश्व का सबसे बढ़ा राजनीतिक संगठन है। हमारा लक्ष्य है कि इसमें हमें 20 फ़ीसदी सदस्य और बढ़ाने हैं।  समाज के हर वर्ग को साथ लेते हुए उन्हें अपने साथ जोड़ना है। इसी के मद्देनजर भाजपा के सभी मोर्चा के साथ बैठक कर उन्हें कहा गया कि जल्द से जल्द उन्हें जो सदस्यता का लक्ष्य दिया गया है उससे बढ़-चढ़कर पूरा करने की कोशिश करें।हमारा लक्ष्य है कि हर बूथ पर हम कम से कम अपने 25 सदस्य जरूर बनाएं। आगे जानकारी देते हुए दीपक शर्मा ने बताया कि उन्हें मोर्चों के अध्यक्षों एवं कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा पूरा आश्वासन दिया गया कि हम जल्द से जल्द अपने लक्ष्य को पूरा करेंगे और जिला पंचकूला को सदस्यता अभियान में पहले नंबर पर लेकर आएंगे।

10 persons arrested while consuming liquor at public place under special drive

          In continuation of a special drive against consuming liquor at public place, yesterday, the drive was carried out in different parts of the city. Under this drive total 10 different cases U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC got registered in different police stations of Chandigarh in which total 10 persons were arrested while consuming liquor at public   place. All later on bailed out. The detail of police Stations in which cases U/S 68-1 (B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 got registered:- PS- 19= 01 case, PS-26= 03 cases, PS-Indst. Area= 03 cases, PS- Manimajra= 01 case, PS- Mauli Jagran= 01 case, PS- 34 = 01 case.

This drive will be continuing in future, the general public is requested for not breaking the law.

One juvenile apprehended with fake number plate on stolen Activa Scooter

Chandigarh Police apprehended a juvenile at naka from near under bridge Sector- 11/15, Sector- 15 side while he was using fake Registration number CH-01BP-7621 on stolen Activa Scooter whereas its original number is CH-01BP-7921. In this regard, a case FIR No. 134, U/S 473, 411 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Juvenile sent to Juvenile Home, Sector- 25, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress. 

Cheating

Anita Devi R/o # 19, Sector- 15/A, Chandigarh alleged that unknown person has done online transaction of Rs. 21,870/- with Bhim app from complainant’s account on 19.01.2019. A case FIR No. 135, U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. This case has been registered on Public window complaint. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Harinderjit Singh Aujala R/o # 2167/21, Sector- 38/C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Activa scooter No. CH-01BP-7921 while parked near his residence on night intervening 08/09.07.2019. A case FIR No. 206, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 93, U/S 279, 337 added 304-A IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh on the statement of Ravi R/o Room No. 5, Village- Jagatpura Kandala, Distt.- Mohali, Punjab who alleged that driver of truck No. PB-65AN-0251 namely Gurcharan Singh R/o village- Tirapur, Tehsil- Kharar, Distt.- Mohali, Punjab hit to Tata 207 No. PB-11AF-8629 driven by complainant’s brother Sarvesh R/o R/o Room No. 5, Village- Jagatpura kandala, Distt.- Mohali, Punjab on 09.07.2019. Complainant’s brother namely Sarvesh got injured and admitted in PGI, Chandigarh. Later he died during treatment. Alleged person namely Gurcharan Singh arrested and bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.
