कर्नाटक का सियासी तूफान अभी थमा नहीं है। कॉंग्रेस पार्टी और उसके शुभचिंतक अभी भी कॉंग्रेस को इस संकट से उबारने में लगे हूए हैं। अभी हालिया घटनाक्रम में स्पीकर द्वारा 3 विधायकों को अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया गया है। स्पीकर का मानना है की तीनों दल बदल की श्रेणि में आते हैं। अत: उन्हे अयोग्य घोषित किया जाता है। सिद्धरमाइया ने पहले ही विधायकों के राजनैतिक जीवन की समाप्ती की धमकी दे दी थी। वही सच साबित हुई। विडम्बना यह है कि मद्यप्रदेश में भाजपा विधायकों का कॉंग्रेस में शामिल होना घर वापिसी है अत: उन पर कोई कार्यवाई नहीं कि जा सकती है। दोनों स्पीकरों ने अपनी ताकत दिखा दी है।
बेंगलुरु: कर्नाटक विधानसभा के स्पीकर केआर रमेश ने तीन विधायकों को अयोग्य करार दिया है. इनमें दो विधायक कांग्रेस के और एक विधायक निर्दलीय है. स्पीकर का कहना है कि वह निर्दलीय विधायक ने खुद को कांग्रेस में विलय कर लिया था, इसलिए वह भी कांग्रेस का ही हिस्सा थे. इस लिए पार्टी विरोधी गतिविधि के कारण स्पीकर ने उन्हें भी अयोग्य करार दिया है.
जिन तीन विधायकों को स्पीकर केआर रमेश ने अयोग्य करार दिया है, उनमें कांग्रेस के बागी विधायक रमेश जारकीहोली और महेश कुमाथल्ली शामिल हैं. निर्दलीय विधायक आर शंकर को भी स्पीकर ने अयोग्य घोषित करार दिया है. इन विधायको के खिलाफ स्पीकर ने एंटी डिफेक्शन लॉ के तहत कार्रवाई की है. अगर स्पीकर का यही फैसला लागू रहा तो ये विधायक इस विधानसभा के समाप्त होने तक चुनाव नहीं लड़ सकेंगे.
के आर रमेश कुमार ने बताया कि निर्दलीय विधायक आर शंकर, कांग्रेस के विधायकों रमेश जारकिहोली और महेश कुमातल्ली की सदस्यता समाप्त कर दी गई है. इस प्रकार अब तक कुल तीन विधायकों की सदस्यता समाप्त कर दी गई है. स्पीकर के अनुसार, अभी तक सिर्फ 3 विधायकों के बारे में फैसला लिया गया है. बाकी के विधायकों के बारे में जल्द ही फैसला ले लिया जाएगा.
केआर रमेश के अनुसार, ये केस कॉम्प्लीकेटड है. इसलिए मैं इसमें जल्दबाजी नहीं करना चाहता था. इस मामले में मेरे सामने 17 याचिकाएं आईं. इसमें 2 अयोग्यता संबंधी और अन्य इस्तीफे के बारे में थीं. स्पीकर ने बताया, जिन तीन विधायकों की सदस्यता गई है उनमें एक विधायक शंकर हैं. उन्होंने विधानसभा चुनाव निर्दलीय के तौर पर लिया था. 25 जून को उन्होंने कांग्रेस में विलय कर लिया. इस बारे में सिद्धरमैया ने अपील की थी. इसलिए उन्हें कांग्रेस की सीट दी गई. 8 जुलाई को शंकर नागेश ने मंत्रीपद से इस्तीफा दिया. इसके बाद उन्होंने बीजेपी को समर्थन देने का दावा किया. सिद्धरमैया ने इस बारे में स्पीकर यानी मेरे सामने शिकायत दर्ज कराई.

उपायुक्त आज जिला सचिवालय के कान्फ्रैंस हाल में मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल की विडियो कान्फ्रैंस के उपरान्त अधिकारियों को सम्बोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी अधिकारी 29 जुलाई तक यह कार्य हर हाल में पूरा करे और इसके लिये जिला परियोजना अधिकारी से आवश्यक जानकारी ली जा सकती है। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा आज हरियाणा निवास चण्डीगढ से प्रदेश में परिवार पहचान पत्र पोर्टल का उद्घाटन कर दिया गया है और अब प्रदेश के प्रत्येक परिवार का पहचान पत्र तैयार किया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि पंचकूला जिला के ग्रामीण क्षेत्र व शहरी क्ष्ेात्र मेें प्रत्येक परिवार का यह डाटा एकत्रित किया जा रहा है।

It was one of the rare occasions at Alumni House today
when around 30 number of Professors Emeriti got together to plant 105
trees at the invitation of Prof. Deepti Gupta, Dean Alumni Relations.
The group were happy to be together and called it a historic occasion
because only once before had they got together at one venue. Two
former Vice Chancellors Prof. M.M.Puri and Prof. R.P. Bambah were
extremely happy to see the development of Alumni House under the care
of Professor Anil Monga and Prof. Deepti Gupta. Every Professor
selected a tree from among a sapling and planted every sapling with
their own hand.
Prof. Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor, PU in his address called
them a vulnerable Gurus of the University and said that the occasion
is a symbolic one as all these Professors were responsible for the
growth of wonderful tree of PU.
Prof. Shankarji Jha, Dean University of Instructions
graced the occasion and greeted everyone. By turns, each eminent
personality shared his or her thoughts with the gathering.
Those present included Prof. Suman Bala Beri, Prof.
B.S.Brar, Prof. S.V.Kessar, Prof. Jitendra Mohan, Prof. Indu Banga,
Prof. Virendra Kumar, Prof. Pam Rajput, Prof. Akhtar Mehmmod, Dr.

पुलिस प्रवक्ता ने जानकारी देते हुए बतलाया कि पुलिस चौकी सैक्टर-7, पंचकुला की टीम द्वारा पुलिस थाना सैक्टर-5, पंचकुला के अभियोग संख्या 211 दिनांक 02.06.19 धारा 363, 366-ए भा0द0सं0 मे आरोपी कर्मवीर पुत्र कृष्ण सिंह वासी गांव मित्ताथल, थाना सदर, भिवानी को विधी-पूर्वक गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है । दिनांक 02-06-2019 को एक व्यक्ति द्वारा आरोपी के खिलाफ अपनी 14 वर्षीय पोती को रात के समय कहीं ले जाने बारे अंकित करवाया गया था । पुलिस द्वारा कार्यवाही करते हुए आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है । आरोपी को पेश माननीय अदालत करके 3 दिन का पुलिस रिमाण्ड प्राप्त किया गया ।

हरियाणा विद्यालय शिक्षा बोर्ड, भिवानी द्वारा राज्य की आई.टी.आई. में पढऩे वाले सभी छात्र-छात्राओं को 10वीं और 12वीं कक्षा की समकक्षता प्रदान की गई है। इस निर्णय से आई.टी.आई. के विद्यार्थियों को अब नौकरी तथा उच्च शिक्षा के और अधिक अवसर उपलब्ध होंगे।
बोर्ड के प्रवक्ता ने आज यह जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि पूर्व वर्षों में आई.टी.आई. से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर चुके सभी प्रशिक्षु 10वीं व 12वीं कक्षा की समकक्षता पाने हेतु अंग्रेजी व हिन्दी भाषा के विषय का पेपर देने के लिए हरियाणा विद्यालय शिक्षा बोर्ड के पोर्टल http://www.bsehexam2017.in/OpenReappear/login.aspx पर आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 3 अगस्त, 2019 है।
उन्होंने बताया कि 10वीं स्तर के आई.टी.आई. व्यवसायों के विद्यार्थियों को दो वर्षीय कोर्स पूर्ण करने उपरान्त 12वीं स्तर की समकक्षता प्राप्त करने हेतु 12वीं स्तर की हिन्दी या अंग्रेजी में से किसी एक भाषा की परीक्षा देनी होगी। यह समकक्षता एक वर्षीय 10वीं स्तर के आई.टी.आई. कोर्स व दूसरे वर्ष की अप्रैन्टिसशिप करने उपरान्त भी विद्यार्थियों को उपलब्ध रहेगी।

रोडवेज से हटाये गये चालक-परिचालकों ने आज फिर यहां नौकरी बहाली की मांग को लेकर प्रदर्शन किया। सीएम आवास घेरने जा रहे चालक-परिचालकों को पुलिस ने हाउसिंग बोर्ड चौक रोक लिया। खबर लिखने से वे चौक के पास मुख्य सड़क पर डेरा डाले हुये थे।
प्राप्त जानकारी अनुसार हरियाणा के विभिन्न जिलों से यहां सेक्टर पांच में धरना स्थल पर पहुंचे चालक-परिचालकों ने पहले सभा की और सरकार के खिलाफ जमकर नारे लगाये। इन्हें पिछले साल 16 अक्तूबर से 2 नवंबर तक हुई रोडवेज कर्मचारियों की हड़ताल खत्म होने के बाद नौकरी से हटा दिया गया था। हटाये गये सुजेश पान्नू, आशीष, रोशन, देवी लाल, अंकित, धर्मेंद्र, अमित आदि ने बताया कि जनता की सुविधा के मद्देनजर उन्होंने विपरीत समय में सरकार का साथ दिया और प्राइवेट नौकरी छोड़कर हड़ताल के दौरान चालक-परिचालक की डयूटी दी। उस वक्त सरकार ने आश्वासन दिया था उन्हें सेवा से नहीं हटाया जायेगा। पिछले नौ महीनों में वे परिवहन मंत्री कृष्ण पंवार और विभाग के मंत्रियों से कई बार गुहार लगा चुके हैं लेकिन केवल आश्वासनों का झुनझुना ही मिला।
उन्होंने कहा कि मजबूरन उन्हें सड़कों पर उतरना पड़ रहा है। प्राइवेट नौकरी जाने के बाद अब वे न इधर के रहे न उधर के। सभा के बाद वे बारिश में जुलूस के रूप में सीएम आवास घेराव के लिये सेक्टर पांच से निकले लेकिन पुलिस ने अवरोधक खड़े कर उन्हें हाउसिंग बोर्ड चौक के पास रोक लिया। खबर लिखने तक वे मुख्य सड़क पर ही डटे थे। इन चालक-परिचालकों ने 22 जुलाई को भी यहां प्रदर्शन किया था। उनकी एक ही मांग है कि 1993 की नीति के तहत उनकी नौकरी बहाल की जाये ताकि वे भी परिवार को गुजर बसर ठीक से कर सके।

Panjab University conducts Tree Plantaion to Commemorate 20th Anniversary of Kargil Vijay DiwasContinuing with the commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Panjab University is organising various activities in the Campus. In this regard Department of Defence and National Security Studies in collaboration with Horticulture department of the University organised a tree plantation drive which was inaugurated by Prof Raj Kumar, PU VC by planting troika of trees, Peepal, Bargadh and Neem dedicated to the warriors of Kargil War.
On this occasion Dr Jaskaran Singh Waraich, Chairperson of the deptt., along with the faculty members from various departments; Prof. A.S. Ahluwalia, Prof. Rakesh Datta, Prof Meena Dutta, Dr Gaurav Gaur, Dr. Namita Gupta, Dr Kulddep Singh, Dr Ashu Pasricha, Dr Manish Sharma; Sh. Anil Thakur, SDE Horticulture, serving officers from the armed forces, research scholars, and students with the help of Horticulture deptt
of the University planted 527 saplings of different varieties at various places of the University. The 527 saplings are dedicated 1 each to 527 martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the honour and security of the nation.
The students and faculty also pledged to adopt and take care of at least one plant each. PU VC appreciated the efforts of the Deptt. and also promised all necessary help for the future endeavours of the Department. He also appreciated the idea of naming and developing one of the park in University as ‘Kargil Vijay Udhyan’ in memory of the brave soldiers of Kargil War. The celebrations of the Kargil Diwas will culminate with
the screening of the Uri movie to the students tomorrow at English/Evening auditorium.

This Capacity Building Tour was for the exposure to teachers and students about various educational Institute and Heritage sites in India under Sadbhavna.
