Assault

A case FIR No. 111, U/S 324 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh on the complaint of Mohammad Ehsaan R/o # 717/25, BDC, Sector- 26, Chandigarh who alleged that Nasim R/o # 86, Phase-2, BDC, Sector- 26, Chandigarh stabbed complainant in stomach at Grain Market, Sector- 26, Chandigarh on 09.05.2019. Complainant got injured and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Alleged person has been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 64, U/S 324, 341, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Manimajra, Chandigarh on the complaint of Mohamad Kasim R/o # 431, Dera Sahib Gurudwara, Manimajra, Chandigarh who alleged that Jagjit Singh @ Gora, Davinder, Sandeep Singh and others stabbed complainant with sharp object and also threatened him near Nirmal Dera Gurudwara, Samadhi Gate, Manimajra, Chandigarh on 09.05.2019. Complainant got injured and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 101, U/S 323, 324, 341, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Stapu Kumar R/o # 419, Sector- 52, Chandigarh who alleged that Madan, Jummy, Banti and Vicky who attacked complaint with knife and also threatened him near hockey stadium, Sector- 42, Chandigarh on 09.05.2019. Complainant got injured and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Robbery

Abdul Raheem @ Sajju R/o # 19/C, village- Raipur Khurd, Chandigarh alleged that 2/3 unknown persons beaten complainant with sticks and also snatched his purse containing cash Rs. 15,000/-, 01 silver chain, 01 from near Petrol Pump, Sector- 56, Chandigarh on 08.05.2019. A case FIR No. 128, U/S 394 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Complainant’s got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Escape from custody

A case FIR No. 108, U/S 223 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of SI. Jasbir Singh, Haryana Police (I/C, Prisoner Guard)against HC. Surinder 921, Haryana Police. He was on duty while under trial prisoner Dilbag Singh escape from his custody who was taken to GMCH-32, Chandigarh for treatment on 08.05.2019. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Madan Lal Sharma R/o # 5798, Sector- 38 West, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s cycle from near his residence on 10.04.2019. A case FIR No. 62, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
