Traffic Advisory for 24.1.19

                  Final Rehearsal for Republic Day Celebration-2019 shall be held on 24.1.2019 from 8.30 AM onwards at Parade Ground, Sector 17, Chandigarh. Therefore, the following traffic restrictions/diversions shall be in place on the day of final rehearsal i.e. 24.1.2019:-

Traffic Advisory:-

                The following road stretches shall remain closed to the general public vehicles from 9.00 AM to 11.00 AM on 24.1.2019:-

a.       The service road from round-about of Sector 16/17/22/23 near Parade Ground upto ISBT Sector 17, Chandigarh.

c.        The road from Lyon’s Restaurant Light Point near MC Office Sector 17 upto Shivalik Hotel near Parade Ground, Sector 17, Chandigarh.

Note:      Road users are, therefore, advised to make use of alternative routes during the timings given above. Inconvenience caused to the general public on account of these restrictions is regretted. General public is requested to cooperate with the police.
