‘सतनाम श्री वाहेगुरु’ के जाप से पंचकूला नगरी गूंज उठी। मौका था प्रथम पातशाही श्री गुरु नानक देव जी के प्रकाश पर्व पर सुखमनी सेवा सोसाइटी द्वारा किए गए सुखमनी साहिब का पाठ और कीर्तन का। इस दौरान गुरुद्वारा श्री सिंह सभा सेक्टर 7 पंचकूला में हुए कार्यक्रम में
पंचकूला ,चंडीगढ़,ज़ीरक्पुर,मनीमाजरा , मोहाली की सुखमनी सेवा सोसाइटी ने भी भाग लिया।

सुबह 9 बजे सुखमनी साहिब का पाठ हुआ

सुखमनी साहिब के पाठ के बाद सुखमनी सेवा सोसाइटीयो द्वारा कीर्तन किया गया । गुरुद्वारा श्री सिंह सभा सेक्टर 7 पंचकूला के जनरल सेक्रेटरी कँवर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि भक्तों ने शबद कीर्तन गाकर निहाल किया। उन्होंने मिट्टी धुंध जग चानन होयेया , उच्चा दर बाबे नानक दा, एहो जिया खुशियां तू ले आई बाबा नानका सहित गुरु नानक देव के जीवन पर विभिन्न शबद कीर्तन प्रस्तुत किए।

शनिवार को कैथल में एक समाचारपत्र के दो पत्रकार नरेंद्र जैली व सुशील राठी अपने कार्यालय की छत्त पर से गुजर रही हाईटैंशन वायर की चपेट में आकर बुरी तरह से झुलस गये थे और उन्हें गंभीर हालत में पीजीआई चंडीगढ़ लाया गया था।

पिछले 24 घण्टे से पीजीआई चंडीगढ़ में जिंदगी-मौत के बीच जूझ रहे पत्रकार नरेंद्र जैली और सुशील राठी के घावों पर महरम लगाने की बजाए बिजली विभाग ने पीड़ितों के खिलाफ बिजली लाइन बाधित करने की शिकायत की। वहीं कैथल सिविल लाइन के जांच अधिकारी ने पीड़ितों का पक्ष सुनने की बजाए उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई का  दिखाया डर। इससे पीड़ितों के परिजन प्रभावित व सहमे हुए हैं।

One month ago, actor and brand ambassador Priyanka Chopra was an ardent anti-fireworks campaigner, pleading with her fans to “Skip the crackers this Deepawali”, especially on behalf of fellow asthmatics.

On Saturday night, however, the skies over Jodhpur exploded with fireworks in celebration of her wedding to American singer and actor Nick Jonas.

Predictably, Twitter exploded with charges of hypocrisy and double standards.

“So basically diwali crackers create problem and wedding celebration crackers add oxygen!!” said Twitter user Mahesh Watharkar. “I think @priyankachopra asthma gone a day before wedding,” tweeted Ayaan Lokesh. Another user asked if the Rajasthan Police had taken action against the couple.

This year, the Supreme Court had limited the bursting of crackers to two hours on Deepawali day, and also permitted only “safe and green” firecrackers in Delhi.

“Can you please tell us from where we should buy those noiseless & Oxygen emitting Eco friendly Crackers that you’ve used in your wedding? We’ll keep them in stock for next Diwali…” said a tweet from Dr. Janak Pandya.

Ms. Chopra is a brand ambassador for Breathefree, a public service initiative for asthma patients organised by Cipla, which manufactures inhalers. On Deepawali morning, Breathefree had posted a video of Ms. Chopra on Twitter as part of its #BerokZindagi (Unstoppable Life) campaign.

“Please keep my breathing unstoppable. Skip the crackers this Deepawali,” the actor urges in the promotional. “Let Deepawali be about lights and laddoos and love and not pollution. Reduce the use of firecrackers, so that you all, asthmatics like me, all the animals out there, everyone can enjoy the festival too.”

When reached out to Cipla for a response, the company said it was not prepared to comment on its brand ambassador’s actions. Twitter users however, were already questioning the company.

“Dear @Cipla_Global your brand ambassador @priyankachopra does exactly what she tells us not to do on Diwali, on your behalf. Can’t wait to hear your response and action. No action would definitely mean choosing other brands over you where possible,” tweeted travel blogger and author Anuradha Goyal.

At 2 pm on Sunday, Breathefree’s Twitter page wished the newly wed couple as they “embark on their new #BerokZindagi”. It posted: “The only one who can take Priyanka’s breath away. #PriyankaNick

भाजपा चंद अमीरों का कर्ज तो माफ करती है पर किसानों का कर्ज नहीं: किरण चौधरी

कांग्रेस विधायक दल की नेता किरण चौधरी ने लोगों से आह्वान किया है कि वे आगामी चुनाव में झूठ और जात-पात की राजनीति करने वालों को बाहर का रास्ता दिखायें। उन्होंने भाजपा सरकार को मुनाफाखोर बताते हुये पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतें कम न करने के लिये सरकार की आलोचना की। साथ ही सरकार पर भाईचार खत्म करने का आरोप लगाया।
श्रीमती चौधरी आज यहां सेक्टर 16 में अग्रवाल भवन के आयोजित आक्रोश रैली को संबोधित कर रही थी। रैली का आयोजन प्रदेश कांग्रेस उपाध्यक्ष सुरेश गर्ग की ओर से किया गया। इस मौके पर पूर्व मेयर कमलेश बनारसीदास, सुनील शर्मा, डा. कपूर सिंह, सुभाष पाली आदि ने विचार रखे। श्रीमती चौधरी का पगड़ी पहनाकर व तलवार भेंट कर सम्मान किया गया। कांग्रेस नेत्री ने इस मौके पर कहा कि अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बाजार में जिन अनुपात में कच्चे तेल की कीमतें कम हुई हैँ उसके अनुसार पेट्रोल व डीजल की कीमत नहीं घटाई गई। कांग्रेस राज में 400 रुपये में मिलने वाले रसोई गैस सिलेंडर की कीमत आज हजार रुपये हो गई है। उस समय महंगाई के नाम पर अर्ध नग्र होकर प्रदर्शन करने वाले भाजपाई खामोश है। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा मुनाफाखोर सरकार है। वह चंद अमीरों का कर्ज तो माफ करती है पर किसानों का कर्ज नहीं।
उन्होंने कहा कि झूठ और जुमलों के अलावा भाजपा ने कुछ नहीं किया। भाजपाईयों को सियासत करना नहीं आता, झूठ बोलने में जरूर माहिर है। चार साल में प्रदेश को तीन बार जलाया गया। बेरोजबारों को भत्ता देने का वादा खोखला साबित हुआ। कालाधन वापस लाने के नाम पर नोटबंदी की गई। काला धन तो नहीं आया उल्टे जिन मां-बहनों ने थोड़ी बहुत राशि जैसे तैसे बचाकर इक्_ी कर रखी थी उसे जरूर बाहर निकलवा दिया। जीएसटी के नये स्लैब बनाकर टैक्स की दरें बढ़ा दी गई। गलत नीतियों के कारण आज गरीब और गरीब होता जा रहा है। भ्रष्टाचार चरम पर है। प्रदेश का मुखिया रेप की घटनाओं को लेकर जो बयान देते हैं वह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण व शर्मनाक है।
श्रीमती चौधरी ने कहा कि आज समाज का हर वर्ग आंदोलन पर है। भाजपा की नीतियां लूट, झूठ और खसोट पर आधारित हैं। उन्होंने सरकार से मांग की कि श्वेत पत्र जारी करके बताया जाये कि पिछले चार सालों में राज्य में कितना निवेश हुआ और कितने उद्योग लगे। प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष श्री गर्ग ने कहा कि बेरोजगारी, डंपिंग ग्राउंड, आवारा पशुओं आदि की समस्या को लेकर सरकार पर निशाना साधा। इस मौके पर दिनेश जांगड़ा, चूहड़ सिंह, रेखा, संजय शर्मा, कर्ण ठाकुर, मोहम्मद नासिर आदि मौजूद थे।

श्री बांगड़ ने कहा कि सांसद दुष्यंत चौटाला को विश्व के सौ युवा सांसदों में 29वां स्थान मिला है। राजनैतिक परिवार के विभाजन के बाद उनकी जिम्मेदारी और बढ़ गई है। उन्हें सफल बनाने की जिम्मेदारी अब कार्यकर्ताओं की है। नौ दिसंबर को ही नई पार्टी की स्थापना की जायेगा। जो कार्यकर्ता पहले व्यवस्था से त्रस्त थे वे सभी अब दुष्यंत के साथ हैं। जींद की उसी धरती से चौ देवी लाल ने भी न्याय युद्ध की शुरूआत की थी।

Chandigarh police achieved a major success by nabbing the two persons and 03 juveniles who were involved in the vehicles theft and burglary cases in tricity.

In this regard a case FIR No.450 dated 29.11.18 u/s 379 IPC added 411 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Bharat Choudhary S/o Ravinder Kumar Choudhary R/o # 5180/2, MHC, MM CHD. He stated that on 5.11.18 he parked his Car no. HP 10A 0766 (Maruti 800) which was parked in front of his house parking. But next morning he saw that his car was not there which was stolen by unknown person.

On dated 30.11.18, a case FIR No.451 u/s 379 IPC added 411 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Shiv Dayal R/o H no. 407, Dera Sahib, MM CHD. He stated that on 25.11.18 he parked his Car no. CH03L 9568 (ZEN Car colour blue) which was parked in the parking of MHC, MM, Chd. But On 30.11.18, he saw that his car was not there which was stolen by unknown person.

Regarding the theft two teams in the supervision of SHO Mani Majra Insp. Ranjit Singh headed by SI vidya nand, HC Balwan Singh, C. Virender, C. Naveen, C. Bhupinder, C. Palwinder etc. has been constituted to nab the accused. In this regard on dated 30.11.18, on secret information was received from secret informer that the accused of above said case of maruti 800 are roaming in the area. On this information HC Balwan along with police officials reached near Indira Colony, Sports Complex and on the instant of secret informer the person were arrested on the spot and during interrogation the apprehended were found to be juvenile and the stolen Car in above noted case a Car No. HP 10A0766 (Maruti 800) and document has been recovered from their possession. After the interrogation juvenile were admitted in Juvenile Home Sector-25, UT, Chandigarh.

Further on dated 30.11.18, on secret information was received from secret informer that the accused of above said case are roaming in the area. On this information SI Vidya Nand reached near Shivalik Garden back side parking, on the instant of secret informer, two person were arrested on the spot  who later on disclosed their name as Gopal @ Vicky S/o Nand Lal R/o PKL, HR Age-23 yrs. and Basant Kumar PWT, MM, Chd. Age-18 yrs. Stolen Car No.CH03L 9568 (ZEN Car)and documents recovered from their possession. Two days police remand obtained and during further investigation on their disclosure that the stereo of the car stolen by one juvenile and juvenile apprehended. Stereo of the said car recovered from the possession of juvenile. Juvenile send to the juvenile home Sec. 25 Chandigarh. During the course of interrogation accused Gopal and Basant disclosed that before some days ago they along with their associates has broken the locks and stolen the articles from 5-6 shops in Ram Darbar, UT, Chandigarh and also stolen some other vehicle in the area of tricity.

From the arrest of 2 accused and 3 juvenile apprehended the below mention vehicles and stolen articles has been recovered from their possession on their disclosure.

  5. Recovered Activa No. PB 26 D 5939 in U/S 102 Cr.P.C.

One dead two critically injured in car bike mishap

Yesterday night an accident occurred near sector 50 chandigarh between a motorcycle and a car, where injured were send to GMCH – 32.

A case FIR No. 213, U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh on the complaint of Kallu R/o Village-Khandala, Distt Mohali (PB) against driver of car No CH-01AV-9630 namely Prem Kumar R/o Village-Sardawala, Distt-Hissar (HR) who hit to M/Cycle No CH-21(T)-1693 driven by Rohit Kumar near Veeta Booth, Sector-50, Chandigarh on 01.12.2018. Complainant, Rohit Kumar & Parmod got injured and admitted in GMCH-32, where Rohit Kumar expired during treatment. Later driver of car arrested and bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

 In continuation of a special drive against consuming liquor at public place, yesterday, the drive was carried out at different parts of the city. Under this drive total 16 different cases U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC got registered in different police stations of Chandigarh in which total 16 persons were arrested while consuming liquor at public place. All later on bailed out. The detail of police Stations in which cases U/S 68-1 (B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 got registered:-  PS-03= 2 cases, PS-17= 2 cases, PS-19 = 2 cases, PS-26= 2 cases, PS-IA= 3 cases, PS-MM= 2 cases, PS-34= 1 case, PS-36= 2 cases.

This drive will be continuing in future, the general public is requested for not breaking the law.

Action against Gambling/Satta

Chandigarh Police arrested Bunty Singh R/o # 64, Village-Maloya, Chandigarh while he was playing satta near Stadium Village-Dadu Majra, Chandigarh on 01.12.2018. Total cash Rs. 10,000/- was recovered from him. In this regard, a case FIR No. 233, U/S 13A-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Later he was released on bail. Investigation of the case is in progress.

One arrested for theft

Sh. Madhav Singhla R/o # 517 Sec- 21, Panchkula (HR) reported that unknown person stolen complainants mobile phone from his car No. PB-65AG-0915 while parked near SCO No. 144 Sector-28, Chandigarh on 01.12.2018. Later alleged person Paras Malhotra R/o # 2928/1, Sector 42C, Chandigarh age about 26 years has been arrested in this case. A case FIR No. 365, U/S 379, 411 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

          Sh. Sukhdev Singh R/o # 366, PWT, Manimajra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s M/Cycle No. CH01AR1309 and also stolen another M/Cycle No. CH01AV8771 owned by Sh. Parkash Chaudhry R/o # 112, DMC, Chandigarh while they were parked at Kacchi Parking, Kalagram, Chandigarh on 25-11-2018. A case FIR No. 340, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Model Sr. Sec. School Sector-19/D, Chandigarh on night intervening 30-11/01-12-2018. A case FIR No. 327, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

तेलंगाना के नारायणपेट में एक जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए भाजपा अध्यक्ष अमित शाह ने कहा कि इस बार तेलंगाना की लड़ाई त्रिकोणीय है। एक तरफ टीआरएस और के चंद्रशेखर राव हैं, जिन्होंने तेलंगाना को AIMIM के सामने घुटने टिका दिए, तो दूसरी तरफ कांग्रेस, जिसने सिद्धू को पाकिस्तान के सेना प्रमुख से गले मिलने के लिए भेजा और तीसरी तरफ राष्ट्रवादी हैं जिनका नेतृत्व प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी कर रहे हैं। शाह ने कहा कि कांग्रेस ने अपने घोषणापत्र में मस्जिद और चर्चों को मुफ्त बिजली का वादा किया लेकिन मंदिरों के लिए नहीं। टीआरएस और कांग्रेस दोनों अल्पसंख्यक को लुभा रही हैं।
