One arrested for theft

Sh. Sunil Kumar R/o # 371, Small Flats, Village-Dhanas, Chandigarh alleged that Kuldeep Singh R/o Village-Kandala, Distt, Mohali, Punjab was caught while he stolen complainant’s purse containing cash Rs.400, mobile phone from his Auto while parked near Pushpak Society, Sector-49, Chandigarh on 01.11.2018. A case FIR No.206, U/S 379, 411 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Kuldeep Singh has been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault

        Smt. Darshanjit Kaur, Principal Govt. High School, Maloya, Colony, Chandigarh alleged that Sabudeen, Raju and others all resident of Chandigarh damaged the school property, assaulted & threatened staff on 01.11.2018. A case FIR No. 224, U/S 147, 149, 452, 332, 353, 427 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Later on Raju R/o # 3782, Maloya, Colony, Chandigarh was arrested in this case. MV Theft

Sh. Gurmail Singh R/o # 142, Sector-44, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Car No. CH-01BD-3899 from parking Sector-9, Chandigarh on 31-10-2018. A case FIR No. 211, U/s 379 IPC has been registered in PS-3, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A lady resident of Sector-22, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Accent Car No. CH-01-6242 while parked near Botany Department, Punjab University, Chandigarh on 31-10-2018. A case FIR No. 308, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh on the statement of Sham Lal R/o # 1999/B-12, Shivpuri Colony, Ambala City who alleged that driver of unknown car hit to complainant’s motor cycle No. HR-05AG-9682 near Masjid, Sector-20, Chandigarh on 01.11.2018. Driver of motorcycle namely Sham Lal got injured and admitted in GH-16. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 321, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-Industrial Area, Chandigarh on the statement of Avdesh R/o Gali No.379, Village-Daria, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of Motor Cycle No.HR-99ACL-4539 hit to a cyclist person namely Ved Parkash in front of GRP Police Station on 01.11.2018. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 207, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh on the statement of a lady resident of Sector-48, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of car No.HR-26BR-6005 hit to complainant’s car No.CH-01AA-1170 near Advocate Society, Sector-49, Chandigarh on 30.10.2018.
