Administrator UT, Chandigarh launched Automatic placement Software

His Excellency Shri VP Singh Badnore Administrator UT, Chandigarh launched Automatic placement Software for the postings and transfers of Chandigarh Police Officials upto the rank of SI on 22^nd September at Raj Bhawan in the presence of Adviser to the Administrator UT, Sh. Parimal Rai, IAS, Sh. Sanjay Baniwal DGP/UT and other Senior Officers of the Police and administration.

About 2500 number of police official up to the rank of SI have been transferred who have complete 2 years tenure in respective units and Police Stations through Automatic Placement Software.

The computer generated postings will ensure proper rotation of police officers and men and empower them with skills at various levels in the long run.
