List of Electoral Registration Officers released
Chandigarh, 20th September 2018:
In pursuance of the powers conferred under Rule 4(1) of the Chandigarh Panchayat Election Rules, 1994, S.K. Srivastava, State Election Commissioner, Union Territory, Chandigarh, hereby appoint in consultation with the Chandigarh Administration, the officers shown in column 2 of the table below, as the Electoral Registration Officers (Table 1), Election Observer (Table 2), Electoral Registration Officer-cum-Assistant Returning Officer (Table 3) for the forthcoming General Election to Gram Panchayats, U.T. Chandigarh, for the Gram Panchayats shown in column 3 against each. The officer so appointed as Electoral Registration officer is also appointed as Returning Officer under the provisions of Rule 6 (1) of the against each in Column 3 of the table below:-
