Thousands of Guru devotees gathered today at Shivdham Ashram built on Morni Hill in Panchkula district. Guru devotees have come from other states of the country including Punjab and Haryana on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima Mahotsav to atone for their sins.

Pujya Shri Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj told the devotees present that on Guru Purnima festival, to atone for his sins, to adopt new rules in life, to get a new vision and to organize his daily routine, the devotee goes to his Sadguru and finds an opportunity to renew himself, his life gets strengthened continuously.  Param Pujya Maharajshree Ji further said that when we clean the house internally and externally a month before the festival of Diwali, similarly the devotees also refresh themselves and wish for family happiness by visiting Gurudev a month before the Guru Purnima festival and Sadguru blesses them.

The program concluded with Guru Pada Poojan and Guru Maha Aarti. The festival was conducted by Acharya Anil Jha Ji who came from New Delhi. The worship was done by Saurabh Gupta, Pradhan, Manoj Shastri, Program Coordinator, Acharya Kuldeep Pandey and N.K. Goyal.
