The valedictory session kick started with mesmerizing cultural performances performed by NSS volunteers and that showed the true cultural integration as folk dances of J&K, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Maharashtra and Kerala were performed. A spectacular and thrilling theatrical performance was shown by NSS volunteers to pay homage to revolutionaries including Sardar Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru. Dr. Naveen Kumar presented the report of seven days activities, and various dignitaries were apprised of the fact that this program was comprised of 3 stages including Registration and briefing, event convening and feedback session. The real time feedback mechanism was devised not only to invite feedback rather to take actions corresponding to that inputs. Dignitaries appreciated the real time actionable outcomes of feedback. Event culminated by a formal vote of thanks of Dr. Simran Preet, who appreciated the able guidance of Prof. Raj Kumar Ji, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, PU & leadership of Prof. Ashwini Koul, Programme Coordinator, entire NSS team including Programme Officers and volunteers. The efforts of Chandigarh Police personnel in training our NSS volunteers for self defence and wushu were recognized. The appreciation certificates to the winners of various sports and cultural competitions were distributed by Programme officers at the end.  

The presence of dignitaries including Dr. Jayanti Dutta (Deputy Director, HRDC & Fellow), Prof. Ganga Ram Choudhary (Director, SAIF/CIL), Prof. Nishi Sharma (Director, UIAMS), Dr. Nidhi Gautam (Warden, GH-5 & Fellow), and Programme officers including Dr. Naveen Kumar, Dr. Shankar Sehgal, Dr. Vivek Kumar, Dr. Anuj Kumar, Dr. Amita Verma, and Dr. Simran Preet was observed during the event.
