Arrest in theft case

                Santosh R/o # 2519, Ph-2, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away mobile phone from his residence on 19.07.2021. Later one juvenile has been apprehended and sent to juvenile home. A case FIR No. 98, U/S 380, 411 has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh.  Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

                A case FIR No. 115, U/S 420, 406, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Rashpal Singh R/o # 253, Sector-21/A, Chandigarh who alleged that Daljit Singh Flora (President) and Amarjit Singh Virdi (Manager) of Chandigarh Partap Co-Operative Thrift & Credit Society, Ramgharia Bhawan, Sector-27, Chandigarh Cheated amount Rs. 14,10,750/- of the society on pretext of constructing boundary walls of the purchased land of the society at Village Swara near Landran, Distt. Mohali, (PB). Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault

                A case FIR No. 81, U/S 323, 341, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh on the complaint of Mohd. Dishan R/o # 2778, Mauli Complex, Chandigarh who alleged that his brother-in-law namely Mandeep @ Rasal R/o # 2066, Mauli Complex, Chandigarh and Vishal @ Ghodu R/o BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh assaulted complainant near his residence on 19.07.2021. Complainant got injuries and was admitted in Civil Hospital, Manimajra, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.
