Theft

A lady resident of Sector 51, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away 02 gold rings, 1 gold chain, 1 gold bangle, cash Rs. 10000/-, 3 phones and 1 ear ring from her residence by breaking the mail door lock from dated 11.06.2021 to 14.06.2021, while they were gone to their native Village Distt. Barnala, PB. A case FIR No. 43, U/S 380, 457 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A lady resident of Manimajra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant cycle from parking of Sukhna Lake on 12.06.2021. A case FIR No. 45, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

Shakil R/o Village Sathio, Teh – Mau, Azamgarh (UP), reported that three unknown motorcyclist sped away snatched complainant phone and purse containing cashr Rs. 1000/- and some documents near SDM East office light point on 14.06.2021. A case FIR No.97, U/S 379A IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
