Assault/Quarrel

   A case FIR No. 94, U/S 323, 506, 341, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Raj Kumar R/o # 4453/A, Sector-46D, Chandigarh who reported that Dalip Dhiman, Gaurav and Santy attacked on complainant with sticks at Park, Sector 46D, Chandigarh on 31.05.2021. Complainant was injured and getting treatment from GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

          A case FIR No. 37, U/S 420, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh on the complaint of Baldev Raj Paul R/o # 32, Young Dwellers Complex, Sector 49-A, Chandigarh who reported that complainant made a wrong transaction of Rs. 9500/- in Citi Bank account inadvertently. He requested them to revert back the amount and he was assured by the bank that the amount will be credited in his phone-pe account soon. Later when the amount was not received he searched a mobile number and made a call where an unknown person told him that his money will be credited and took details of the complainant’s account. After giving details, complainant received two messages of withdrawal of total Rs. 1 lakh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 70, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh on the complaint of Ajay Kumar R/o # 328, Sector-39/West, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of car No. CH-01AK-0531 hit complainant’s Honda Shine Motor Cycle No. CH-01BN-7920 near small chowk Sector-38/W, near Karan Taxi Stand, Chandigarh on 02.06.2021. Complainant got injured and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Dowry

A lady resident of Raipur Khurd, Chandigarh alleged that her husband & other residents of Mubarkpur, Derrabassi, (PB) harassed the complainant to bring more dowries. A case FIR No. 33, U/S 406, 498A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A lady resident of Sector-48C, Chandigarh alleged that her husband resident of Khanna, Distt. Ludhiana (PB) harassed the complainant to bring more dowries. A case FIR No.34, U/S 406, 498A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A lady resident of Sector-47, Chandigarh alleged that her husband & Others residents of Thana, West Mumbai harassed the complainant to bring more dowries. A case FIR No. 35, U/S 406, 498A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
