MV Theft

A lady resident of Naya Gaon, Mohali (PB) reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa Scooter No. CH01BG0804 parked near barrier Rajinder Park, Sector-1, Chandigarh on 10.05.2021. A case FIR No. 44, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 63, U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh on the complaint of Dheeraj Kumar R/o H.No. 62, Dashmesh Enclave, Dhakoli, Zirakpur (PB) who alleged that driver of unknown tractor trolley sped away after hitting to complainant’s Activa Scooter No. CH03Q1128 near Slip road, Raipur Khurd, Chandigarh on 30.05.2021. Complainant and his brother-in-law Pankaj Kumar both got injured and admitted in PGI, Chandigarh where Pankaj Kumar (age 40 years) declared brought dead. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Burglary

Naresh R/o # 375, EWS Colony, Maloya, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away one LED, one quilt, some utensils and cash Rs 22,734/- from his house on the night intervening 27/28-05-2021. A case FIR No. 67, U/S 380, 457 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
