9 persons arrested for disobeying orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh

Nine different cases U/S 188 IPC has been registered in different Police Stations i.e. PS-26=01, PS-Manimajra=03, PS-34=01, PS-36=01, PS-39=01, PS-49=01 and PS-Maloya=01, Chandigarh against 09 persons, who were arrested from the different parts of the city, while roaming without having pass/permit and thus, they were disobeyed orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh on 07.05.2021. Later, they were bailed out.

MV Theft

Iqbal R/o # 1161, Morigate, Manimajra, Chandigarh reported that stole away complainant’s motorcycle No. UP20AF-1670 from near his residence on the night intervening 30.04-01.05.2021. A case FIR No. 79, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Manimajra, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

A lady resident of EWS flats, Maloya, Chandigarh reported that stole away complainant’s E-rickshaw No. CH01TE-3883 from her residence on the night intervening 06/07.05.2021. A case FIR No. 46, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

Shivam R/o # 20, Village Raipur Khurd, Chandigarh alleged that Gulshan Kumar R/o# 639, Village Dariya, Chandigarh, driver of car No. CH01CB-7213 who hit to complainant’s son namely Kartik (age-02 years) near his residence on 07.05.2021, while he was playing. A case FIR No. 49, U/S 279, 304-A IPC has been registered in PS-Maulijagran, Chandigarh. Resultantly, Kartik got injuries and got admitted in GMCH-32, where duty doctor declared him brought dead. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Fetus

A case FIR No. 80, U/S 318 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh against unknown lady who secretly disposed of a baby girl fetus near Gali No.1, Village Burail, Chandigarh on the night intervening 06/07.05.2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.
