A case FIR No. 58, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh against Ajay Partap Singh R/o # 4, Teja Market, Nadda Road Naya Gaon, Mohali, who was arrested while roaming without having pass/permit near Public toilet, Sector-25, Chandigarh and thus, disobeyed orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh on 29.04.2021. Later, he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 59, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh against Saddam Hussain resident of Dhanas, Chandigarh, who was arrested while roaming without having pass/permit near Khera Mandir, Sector-25, Chandigarh and thus, disobeyed orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh on 29.04.2021. Later, he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 63, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh against Umesh Kumar resident of Mohali, (PB), who was arrested while roaming without having pass/permit near Jallandhar Sweets, Sector-22, Chandigarh and thus, disobeyed orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh on 29.04.2021. Later, he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 64, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh against Gurwinder Singh resident of Mohali, (PB), who was arrested while roaming without having pass/permit near Civil Hospital, Sector-22, Chandigarh and thus, disobeyed orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh on 29.04.2021. Later, he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 47, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh against Dev Narayna resident of EWS Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh, who was arrested while roaming without having pass/permit near Govt. School, Dhanas, Chandigarh and thus, disobeyed orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh on 29.04.2021. Later, he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Sh. Rajeev, Principal at Govt, Senior Secondary School, Sector23-A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away important documents, computer and other electronic items from record room of School premises on the night intervening 10/11.04.2021. A case FIR No. 62, U/S 380, 457, 427 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

Vikram R/o # 201, Phase-1, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh reported that two person occupants of motorcycle number not known, who snatched away complainant’s mobile phone, near Roadways workshop, Phase-1, Ind. Area, Chandigarh on 29.04.2021.  A case FIR No. 75, U/S 379-A IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.
