‘Purnoor’ Korel CHANDIGRH – 24. 04. 2021

Theft

         Satish Kumar R/o # 24/A, Sector-30B, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s bicycle from his house on 23-04-2021. A case FIR No. 73, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-Ind-Area, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Missing /Abduction

          A person resident of Mouli jagran, Chandigarh reported that his daughter aged about 17 years has been missing from his residence since 22.04.2021. A case FIR No. 39, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-Mouli jagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assistant Warden of Women Hostel, sector 24, Chandigarh reported that a girl age about 16 years has been missing from the Hostel Premises since 23-04-2021. A case FIR No. 54, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

One arrested under NDPS Act

          Chandigarh Police arrested Sharma Sanjay Bhai Keshavram resident of A-9E ONGC Colony (Old) Khambhat Anand Kansari, Gujarat (age 57 years) from hotel Royal Plaza Gali No. 2, Village- Daria, Chandigarh and recovered 100 Gram Charas from his possession on 23.04.2021. A case FIR No. 72, U/S 20 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 103, U/S 279, 337, IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh on the complaint of Const. Sant lal from PS-39 who alleged that unknown driver of Mahindra Pickup No. HP-13B-1382  sped away after hit to Honda shine motor cycle No. CH-04K-5176 at 39/38 west dividing road on 22-04-2021.  Driver of motor cycle got injured and admitted in GH-16. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 61, U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint Rajveer R/o # 1222 Badal Colony, Zirakpur (PB)  who alleged that driver of unknown Vehicle sped away after hit to complainant’s Activa No CH-01AK-9270 near Bank Of India, Sector-17 on 23-04-2021. Pillion Rider Complainant’s wife Krishna Devi got Injured and admitted In PGI, later she expired during treatment. Investigation of the case is in progress.
