Dishonestly receiving stolen property

         Ravinder Kumar R/o # 132, Khudda Lohra, Chandigarh reported that Rahul @ Nikka R/o Vill- Pundri Distt- Kaithal (HR) stole away complainant’s bicycle from backside of Dryp club, Sector-8, Chandigarh on 12.04.2021. A case FIR No. 34, U/S 411 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh. Later accused arrested in this case near Wine Shop Sector-9, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Harjinder Singh R/o # 443 Vill- Maloya, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa No. CH-01BB-0266 parked near Krishna market Sector 41, Chandigarh on 14-04-2021. A case FIR No. 100, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Jeet Ram R/o # 468/1 EWS Colony, Maloya, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s E-Rickshaw No. CH01-TE- 8077 parked near his house on 09-04-2021. A case FIR No. 41, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Missing

A person resident of Chandigarh reported that his daughter missing from his residence on 14.04.2021. A case FIR No. 48, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

A lady R/o Sector-22, Chandigarh reported that  unknown person on M/Cycle sped away after snatching complainant’s bag containing 6 credit and debit card of different banks, Aadhar Card, pan card and Cash Rs 3500/-, near # 1682, Sector-22, Chandigarh on 14.04.2021. A case FIR No. 53, U/S 379A, IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Surinder Singh R/o #291, Village Dariya, Chandigarh reported that Mukesh @ Mogli R/o # 613, Charan Singh colony, Maulijagran, Chandigarh and Bablu R/o # 2225, Mauli Complex, Chandigarh, were snatched complainant mobile phone near Shop no. 74, Grain market, Sector 26, Chandigarh on 13.04.2021. A case FIR No. 60, U/S 379A, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh. Accused person arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

A case FIR No. 60, U/S 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh on the complaint of Parveen Sharma R/o Rajori (J&K) against Amrish, Mohandeep, Harshmeet, Ravinder Pal and Sangram, they all cheated by sanctioned loan from ICICI Bank, Dera Bassi  of Rs. 35.44 lakh in the name of complainant.  Investigation of the case is in progress.
