Missing /Abduction

          A lady resident of Sector 52, Chandigarh reported complainant’s son aged about 10 years has been missing from house since 02.04.2021. A case FIR No. 64, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

         Mukesh Guleria R/o # 2216, Block No. 13, Sector-63, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Bullet M/Cycle No CH-01BZ-2975  from parking area near his house on the night intervening 31-03/01-04-2021. A case FIR No. 19, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

         A lady resident of Sector 23, Chandigarh reported unknown person stole away complainant’s Maruti-800 Car No. CH-03K-3113 parked near new under construction building Sector 9-D, Chandigarh on 26-03-2021. A case FIR No. 30, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Anil Kumar R/o # 5333/3, MHC, Mani Majra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away one LED TV, one Iron, two bathroom taps, one mobile phone from his house on 02.04.2021. A case FIR No. 46, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Dowry

A lady resident of Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh alleged that her husband & others resident of Naya Gaon, Distt. Mohali, Punjab harassed the complainant to bring more dowries. A case FIR No. 20, U/S 406, 498A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A lady resident of Sector-32, Chandigarh alleged that her husband resident of Distt. Ludhiana, Punjab harassed the complainant to bring more dowries. A case FIR No. 21, U/S 498A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

A case FIR No. 46, U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of Ambala Cantt. Haryana who alleged that Lokesh Kumar R/o # 1360, Sector-22/B, Chandigarh (Office Address Dev Associates, SCO 73-74-75, Sector 17, Chandigarh), Vikas Kumar R/o Naya Gaon (PB), Vipin Garg R/o Sector-23, Chandigarh, Kedarnath and others cheated complainant regarding sale of Plot of 200 sq.yd. i.e. Plot No. 819, Echo City Ph-1, Distt. SAS Nagar, Mohali (PB). Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 63, U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Gagandeep Singh R/o Village Dedhna, Tehsil Patran, Distt. Patiala (PB) who alleged that Balbir Singh R/o Vill. Neelowal, Teh. Sunam Distt. Sangrur (PB) and Gopal Singh @ Harman R/o Flat No. 314, Paradise Apartment, New Sunny Enclave, Kharar, Distt. Mohali (PB) cheated total Rs. 2 Lakh from complainant and his friend namely and Makhan Singh R/o Village Dedhna, Tehsil Patran, Distt. Patiala (PB) for providing them job at forest department. They given fake joining letters of forest guard to them at ISBT Sector 43, Chandigarh four months ago. Investigation of the case is in progress.
