Two arrested for Burglary

Davinder Singh c/o Atulaya Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, # 11, Sector-11A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away two window AC from two registering & testing booths of Covid-19 at Lake, Sector-42, Chandigarh on the night intervening 30/31-03-2021. A case FIR No. 62, U/S 380, 457 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Later two persons namely Dharamjit Singh R/o # 280, Dashmesh Nagar, Sector-15, Kharar, Distt SAS Nagar, age-20 Years and Harjot Singh R/o # 505, Ward No. 2, Kharar, Distt- SAS Nagar age-20 years have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Missing /Abduction

          A person resident of Sector 41, Chandigarh reported unknown lady abducted complainant’s nephew aged about 08 years from his house since 31.03.2021. A case FIR No. 91, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

Jamna Singh (Security Guard) R/o Village Parrol, Tehsil Kharar, Distt-SAS Nagar (PB) reported that two unknown persons on motor cycle snatched away complainant’s bag containing double barrel gun near dumping ground road, near Village Daddu Majra turn, Chandigarh on 30.03.2021. A case FIR No. 36, U/S 379A, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Proclaimed Offender

A case FIR No. 90, U/S 174A IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh against V.B. Katoria R/o # 1132, Sector 10, Panchkula (HR) who was declared proclaimed offender and did not appear before the Hon’ble Court in pursuance of issuance of the proclamation.  Investigation of the case is in progress.AND
