A case FIR No. 44, U/S 186, 323, 353, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Rakesh Kumar, Chief Sanitary Inspector, MC, Chandigarh against Surender Kangra and others person run away after arguing and manhandling with complainant’s at MC office, Sector 17, Chandigarh on 26.03.2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Snatching

A case FIR No. 58, U/S 379A IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of a girl resident of Sector 52, Chandigarh against 2 unknown persons on Activa number not known who sped after snatched complainant’s mobile phone near 66 KV Village Kajehri, Chandigarh on 26.03.2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

A case FIR No. 57, U/S 380, 511 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Dr. V K Rampal R/o # 3086, Sector -35, Chandigarh against two persons who entered in complainant house on 26.03.2021. One of them namely Nitish R/o Village Attawa, Chandigarh caught on the spot. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Essential Commodities

A case FIR No. 50, U/S 7 Essential commodities Act has been registered in PS-37, Chandigarh on the complaint of Inspector Ram Dass, Food & Supply Department, Chandigarh against owner of Shop No. 97, Village Burail, Chandigarh, who was using domestic gas cylinder in his shop on 26.03.2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Cheating

A case FIR No. 55, U/S 420, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Maninder Singh, Atul  Ghai and others against a lady and Devinder Singh Gill, Capic Consultants, Immigration company, SCO No. 286, Sector 35, Chandigarh were taken money fraudulently for  providing study Visa  at Greece during the year 2019. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 56, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Ranjit Rishi R/o # 172, Dadumajra, Chandigarh against unknown driver of car who sped away after hit to an auto No. CH04L-3922 at Sector 35-56 dividing road on 21.03.2021. Auto driver namely Satnam Singh got injured and admitted in PGI, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
