Snatching

A case FIR No. 41, U/S 379A, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of Naya Gaon, Mohali against unknown persons who snatched away complainant’s gold neck chain worth 7.5 grams near under bridge Sector-15/11 dividing road on 25.03.2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

         Vishal Guleriya R/o # 2514, Sector 22-C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person who stole away complainant’s bullet motorcycle No. HP28-B-1548, near his residence on the night intervening 24/25-03-2021. A case FIR No. 43, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Criminal conspiracy

A case FIR No. 54, U/S 328, 511, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Amit Malhotra R/o # 2136, Sector-35-C, Chandigarh against a lady resident of Sector 40, Chandigarh and others, they caused hurt and planned to eliminate him and his parents. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Fetus

Gaurav R/o # 833, Phase-2, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh reported that unknown person who secretly disposed of a baby girl fetus age approx 5 months besides the dustbin near Mandi Ground, Phase-2, Ram Darbar, on 25.03.2021. A case FIR No. 38, U/S 318 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
