Action against Gambling/satta

          Chandigarh Police arrested Keshav Ram R/o # 2035, Village Burail, Chandigarh while he was playing satta near Surya Hotel, Village Burail, Chandigarh on 16.03.2021. Total cash Rs. 1980/- was recovered from his possession. In this regard a case FIR No. 42, U/S 13A-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

          Davinder Pal Singh R/o # 2038, Sector-21C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Bullet M/Cycle No. PB10-GL-8432 while parked near his house on 12.03.2021. A case FIR No. 12, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

          Subhash Chandel R/o # 371/11, New Colony Road, Khuda Lahora, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Honda Twister M/Cycle No. CH01-AK-8594 while parked near # 182, Sector-38A, Chandigarh on 15.03.2021. A case FIR No. 72, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

          Ankush Vinayak R/o # 2852, Sector-37C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away 4 wheels of his Alto Car No. CH01-AP-7747 while parked near Community Center, Sector-37D, Chandigarh on 16.03.2021. A case FIR No. 73, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Obstruction in duties of public servant

A case FIR No. 26, U/S 186, 323, 341, 511 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sandeep Marshal for Secretary O/o Haryana Vidhan Sabha Secretariat, Sector-1, Chandigarh alleging therein that MLA’s of Punjab namely S. Sharanjit Singh, S. Bikram Singh Majithia, S. Baldev Singh Khaira, Sh. Sukhwinder Kumar, S. Harinderpal Singh Chandumajra, S. Kanwarjit Singh Barkandi, S. Manpreet Singh Ayali, S. Gurpartap Singh Wadala, Sh. Narinder Kumar Sharma along with others persons tried to attack and misbehave and interrupt the official press briefing of Hon’ble CM Haryana on 10.03.2021. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 41, U/S 279, 337, 427 IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh against driver of Swift car No. CH-01BZ-6345 namely Ashutosh Vig R/o # 5820, MHC, Mani Majra, Chandigarh which hit to Auto No. CH-32(T)-9968 and also wall of Entry Gate, PS-Manimajra, Chandigarh on 15.03.2021. Auto driver along with three passengers got injured and admitted in Hospital. Alleged person arrested and later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.
