‘Purnoor’ Korel, CHANDIGRH – 13. 03. 2021:

Accident

          A case FIR No. 24, U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh on the complaint Kasturi Lal R/o # 2946 Mauli Jagran Complex, Chandigarh who alleged that Dinesh R/O Vill- Musouli Distt- Gonda (UP)  driver of Auto No. PB-65AN-3950 hit to complainant’s Activa No CH-01AV-4159 at Sector-8/18 Dividing Road On 11-03-2021. Pillion Rider Complainant’s wife Tersamlata Got Injured and admitted In PG, later she expired during treatment. Investigation of the case is in progress.

One arrested with fake number plate

Chandigarh Police arrested Sumit Kumar @ Kagga R/o # 404/C Ews Colony Dhanas, Chandigarh while he was using fake Registration No. CH-01AQ-8975 on  Splendor Motor Cycle, whose Original Number is CH01AE-7783, from near new Community Center EWS Colony Dhanas, Chandigarh on 12.03.2021. In this regard, a case FIR No. 26, U/S 473, 411 IPC has been registered in PS- Sarangpur, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress. 

Theft

          Chimnay Dandavate R/o Plot No. 84, Natraj society, land No. 2 Prijat Banglo karva, Pune reported that unknown person stolen away complainant apple company laptop and i-pad from bus seat at ISBT, Sector-43, Chandigarh on 24-02-2021. A case FIR No. 45, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
