One person arrested for consuming liquor at public place

          Chandigarh Police arrested Vikas Pandey R/o # 401, Village Dariya, Chandigarh, while consuming liquor near Wine Shop, Makhan majra, Chandigarh on 10.03.2021. A case FIR No. 41, U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh. He was later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Action against violation of orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh

A case FIR No. 46, U/S 188, 270, 34 IPC & Section 58 of Disaster Management Act 2005 has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh against Owner Shubham and Aman Kumar, manager of Terminal-7 Club, SCO No. 35, Sector-7, Chandigarh who served hukka to customers in the premises of club on 10.03.2021 and violated the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault

A lady resident of Sector 25, Chandigarh Sanjeev, Sandeep & his friend, they were assaulted to complainant’s husband near her house on 19-02-2021. Victim sustained injuries and got admitted in GMSH-16, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 33, U/S 323, 325, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

          A lady R/o # Village Daddu Majra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa No. CH01-BD-3494 while parked near Sector-40 A/D Dividing Road, Chandigarh on 06.03.2021. A case FIR No. 66, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

         Mahinder Pal Singh R/o # 1107, sector-56 Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa No. CH01-AA- 2488, while parked near Mandi Sector-56 Road, Chandigarh on 09.03.2021. A case FIR No. 67, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Harsh Bhatia R/o # 1210, sector-35B Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa No. CH01-AG-9108 parked near Kisan Mandi Sector-34, Chandigarh on 21.02.2021. A case FIR No. 41, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
