A case FIR No. 172, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh against Ravi, Manager of Boulevard, SCO No. 21, Sector-26, Chandigarh, who served prohibited Hookah at his bar on 05.11.2020 and violated the order of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 202, U/S 279, 304-A IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh against Chandrika Parsad R/o # 395, Village Dariya, UT, Chandigarh driver of truck No. PB13AL-9413, hit to unknown cyclist near Garcha turn on 05.11.2020. Injured cyclist lifted to GH-16, Chandigarh, where he was declared brought dead. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Mandeep Singh R/o # 1061, Sector-37-B, Chandigarh reported that unknown driver of car No. CH01AJ-2856, who hit and run to his car No.CH01BJ-8205, infront of his residence. A case FIR No. 346, U/S 279 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh.  Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Pardeep Kumar R/o # 1025, Old Sunny Enclave, Kharar, (PB) reported that unknown person who stole away complainant Activa No. PB65AC-7748, near Dominos’s Sector-35-C, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 207, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
