Three arrested for consuming liquor at public place

Three cases U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC have been registered in PS-19, PS-26 & PS-49 Chandigarh against three persons who were arrested while consuming liquor at public place on 10.02.2020. Later they were released on bail.

Protection of Children Act 2015

A case FIR No. 11, U/s 3, 14 Child Labour (Prohibition And Regulation) Act, and 75, 79 Juvenile Justice Act 2015 has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh on the complaint of Ramphal Katariya, Labor Inspector, UT, Chandigarh against Owner of Booth No. 11-14, Sector-20 and Booth No. 1, Sector-19, Chandigarh and three Juveniles aged about 15, 14 & 10 years has been rescued under Child labor. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault

A case FIR No. 29, U/S 323, 354 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady aged about 63 years residnet Sector-15, Chandigarh who alleged that Kalli Parshad R/o Plot No. 595, Village Kajehri, Chandigarh quarreled and torn out her wearing suit at Plot No. 595, Village Kajehri, Chandigarh. Complainant is the owner of said plot and alleged making illegal construction on her plot. Investigation of case is in progress.

MV Theft

          Sunil Kumar R/o # 1013, Village Kishangarh, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s motorcycle No. CH01AN-4494 from infront of SCO No. 813, NAC, Manimajra, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 23, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

Missing/Kidnapped

          A person resident of Chandigarh reported that her daughter aged about missing from her residence 09.02.2020. A case FIR No. 20, U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS-Maulijagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
