One person arrested for consuming liquor at public place

A case U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh against a person who was arrested while consuming liquor at public place on 27.12.2019. Later they were released on bail.

Action against obstructing public way

A case FIR No. 268, U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS-IT park, Chandigarh against Pintu Gupta R/o # 457, Village Kishangarh, Chandigarh who was arrested while he was obstructing public way with rehri/fari on 27-12-2019. Later he was bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Theft

Devinder Sethi R/o # 0731, Agar Nagar, Malerkotla, Sangrur, PB, reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s 2 laptops, passport, 2 pen drive and some documents from car No. PB10DH-6888 by breaking the left side front mirror, while parked from infront of # 3910, Sector-22, Chandigarh on 27.12.2019. A case FIR No. 400, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

MV Theft

 Iqbal Singh R/o # 559/B, LIC colony, Mundi Kharar, Mohali reported that unknown person, who stole away his car No. CH01AG1887 from infront Plot No.177, Phase-1, I/A, Chandigarh on 20.12.2019. A case FIR No. 316, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-I/A, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

Gurcharan Singh r/o # 2555, MWT, MM, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away his Tata Ace No. CH01TA-6706 from infront of his residence. A case FIR No. 220, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

Manas Chugh R/o # 282, Advocate Enclave, sector 49/A, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away his Activa Scooter No. CH01BH2803 from infront of his residence. A case FIR No. 165, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

Accident

Purshotam Mehta R/o # 2872, Sector-47, Chandigarh reported that Vinder Singh R/o VPO Dareta Mandi, Distt. Mansa (PB) driver of car No. PB65AR-5004, who hit to his Alto car No. CH01BA-2818 and other vehicles near South End Chowk on 27.12.2019. A case FIR No. 261, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

पंचकूला, 27 दिसंबर:

सेक्टर-4 निवासी नसीब सिंह का हरियाणा सिविल सर्विसेज(एचसीएस) में चयन को लेकर सैक्टर वासियों में खुशी का महौल है। नसीब सिंह सैक्टर के मकान नंबर 551 में रहते हैं। नसीब ने कहा कि सिविल सर्विसेज में आकर वह बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ के नारे को साकार करना चाहाते है। बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ के नारे को अपना योगदान देना चाहते हैं। नसीब सिंह की दो बेटियां निधि और अपूर्वा इन्हें आगे बढने की प्रेरणा देती है। पंजाब विश्वविद्यालय से कानून विभाग से एलएलबी करने वाले नसीब कुमार का
एचसीएस में चयन हुआ है। नसीब एक साधारण किसान परिवार से है। सेना में नौकरी के बाद पंजाब विश्वविद्यालय के कानून विभाग से 75 फीसदी अंकों के साथ एलएलबी की डिग्री हासिल की। नसीब सिंह अम्बाला जिले के शहजादपुर राजकीय महाविद्यालय में एसीस्टेंट प्रोफेसर के पद पर तैनात है। मूलरूप से दादरी जिले के गांव खातीवास निवासी है। भारतीय सेना में भी इनका केवल 17 साल की उम्र में चयन हुआ और देश की सेवाएं के बाद अब एचसीएस बनकर प्रदेश के लोगों की सेवा करने का मौका मिला है। एमए अंग्रेजी और एमए पालिटिकल साइंस करने के बाद इन्होंंने हरियाणा पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन के तहत 2017 में असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर के पद पर नियुक्ति हासिल की। इस परीक्षा में भी नसीब मेरिट लिस्ट में टॉप 10 में रहे।
नसीब ने एक बहुत ही साधारण किसान परिवार से तालुक रखते हैं। हरियाणा के चरखी दादरी जिले के सरकारी स्कूल से शुरुआती पढ़ाई की। पंजाब यूनिवर्सिटी के लॉ विभाग से 2014-17 सत्र में 75 फीसद अंकों के साथ एलएलबी की डिग्री हासिल की। पंजाब यूनिवर्सिटी लाइब्रेरी में घंटों तैयारी करने वाले नसीब ने कहा कि ऐसी परीक्षा के लिए लगातार और पूरी लगन के साथ तैयारी की जरुरत होती है। उन्होंने कहा कि एक साधारण परिवार से होते हुए भी उनके चयन से दूसरे युवाओं को भी प्रेरणा मिलेगी।
