Suprise check on Sweet Shops by Food Safety Officers

Chandigarh.28th  September,2019.

In view of the coming festival season, a joint team of Food Safety Officers conducted a surprise check on sweet shops situated in Village Bhagwanpura village Kishagarh and Daddu majra colony of Chandigarh.

2 shops were challaned for unhygienic conditions and 3 samples of khoya and gulab jamun were also taken. Total 60kgs of burfi laddo patisa chutney noodles sugar syrup and gulab jamun were destroyed which were found exposed to dust and flies and having mould growth.
