Out of jail, caught with 30 injections of Buprenorphine & Pheniramine Melate

On 16.09.2019, Chandigarh Police achieved a major success when police team of Police Station Sector-39, Chandigarh arrested one Harpal Singh @ Kala and 30 injections out of which, 15 Injections of Pheniramine Melate 10 ML each & 15 injections of Buprenorphine 2 ML each without Permit/Licence. 

MODUS OPEREDI  :

During interrogation, it emerged that the accused committed the crime to fulfill his needs of drugs as he is habitual drug addict and whenever he need drug, he used to do petty crime. The following case has been registered against him.

FIR No. 312 dated 16.09.2019 U/S 22 NDPS Act, PS-39, Chandigarh.

Brief Facts :  SI Naveen No. 1070/CHG Police Station Sector-39, Chandigarh reported that on 16.09.2019, while he along with Police Party were on patrolling duty Near T-point,  Sector-39 A/B, Chandigarh in view of curve the theft and snatching incidents in the city, he nabbed one Harpal Singh @ Kala S/o Late Mohinder Singh, R/o #2561, Sector-22-C, Chandigarh, Age-39 years.   While he was carrying 30 injections out of which, 15 Injections of Pheniramine Melate 10 ML each & 15 injections of Buprenorphine 2 ML each without Permit/Licence.  Accused arrested on the spot.

• Harpal Singh @ Kala S/o Late Mohinder Singh, R/o #2561, Sector-22-C, Chandigarh, Age-39 years, Qualification-8^th fail, Occupation-Security Guard, Marital Status-Unmarried Habit-Drug Addict.
