A case FIR No. 03, U/S 304-B, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh on the complaint of Rakesh Kumar Videnshwar R/o Village- Balra Kishun P.O-Balra Ismail, PS-Maniyari, Distt.-Muzaffarpur, Bihar who alleged that Ritu Raj, Satinder Singh, Bachni Devi, Vishal and Govinda all R/o # 1913, Vikas Nagar, Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh were harassing complainant’s sister for dowry due to which she was found hanging at # 1913, Vikas Nagar, Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh on 02.01.2019. Later on 03 accused persons namely Ritu Raj, Satinder Singh and Bachni Devi have been arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in progress.
