Madhu Pandit organised “Discover Wellness” at RTC – 26 CHD

           Today, i.e. on  23.10.2019 a  workshop on Inner Wellness Programs “Discover Wellness” was organized  at Multi Media Centre, Recruit Training Centre (RTC) , Sector-26, Chandigarh under the guidance of Shri  Sanjay Baniwal, I.P.S., D.G.P., U.T., Chandigarh and under the supervision of Sh. Manoj Kumar Meena, I.P.S., S.P. HQ & Training. Sh. Vineet Kumar, I.P.S., SP/Operation & City, Sh. Roshan Lal, C.P.S., SP/Communication including all Dy. SPs and SHOs’ have attended this workshop.

           During the workshop, Smt. Madhu Pandit, Wellness Coach of Inner Wellness Company, Sector-8B, Chandigarh delivered the lecture to the participants regarding, how to handle day to day stress level and challenges which we all faces at our workplace and shall help in implementation of positive thinking in spite of challenges, towards the smooth achievement of individual and collective goals. Many activities and Yoga Aasans were held to keep the inner soul happy. She further ensured that this workshop will reform the mindset and thinking of the officers and make them more productive as well as cheerful beings.

           The objective of the workshop was to empower the officers/officials of Chandigarh Police to handle higher stress of long working hours and constant multitasking. It included Pranayam, Dhyan and different dimension of wellness like physical, mental and emotional. It is important for everyone to achieve optimal wellness in order to subdue stress, reduce the risk of illness and ensure positive interactions, with proper way of meditation. The main object of this workshop was to satisfy body, mind & soul, which result 100% concentration and focus on daily routine challenges in personal and professional life and to make the positive environment for workplace.

          A case U/S 68-1(B) Punjab Police Act 2007 & 510 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh against one person who was arrested while consuming liquor at public place on 22.10.2019. Later he was released on bail.

Snatching

A case FIR No. 245, U/S 379, 356 IPC has been registered in PS-26, Chandigarh on the complaint of a girl resident of Sector-27, Chandigarh reported that two unknown persons occupant of Activa Scooter snatched away complainant’s purse containing cash Rs 2000/-, one pair earring, I-phone, Aadhar card, pan card, ATM card near H.No. 40, Sector 27A, Chandigarh  on 22.10.2019. Investigation of the case is in progress.

MV Theft

Sidharth R/o # 127, Bank Colony, Mani Majra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Splendor M/Cycle No. CH-01BV-4019 parked near Panna Sweets, Mani Majra, Chandigarh. A case FIR No. 177, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

Anoop Singh R/o # 2204, PWT, Manimajra, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stole away complainant’s Activa Scooter No. CH01AD1946 parked near his residence on night intervening 21/22.10.2019. A case FIR No. 178, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-MM, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.

Kidnapping/Assault

Rajat R/o # 3/3, EWS Colony, New Flats, Maloya, Chandigarh alleged that Labal & Vicky R/o Rajiv Colony, Sector 17, Panchkula (HR) and others attacked on complainant with sticks and also kidnapped him from near Fish Market, Mauli Complex, Chandigarh on 21-10-2019. A case FIR No. 187, U/S 365, 307, 342, 506, 147, 148, 149 IPC and 25-54-59 Arms Act has been registered in PS-Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.
